  1. You should never insert bolts into an aluminium head in this scenario, get a 10x1.25 tap and give them a clean out and then if you can, get some studs.

The 4a alternator is on the passenger side, I made my own loom up and connected them under the dash by using the engine bay wiring so off the top of my head I don't know the wire. http://www.rollaclub.com/board/topic/32668-trevs-4ag-ae71-sedan/ I think I still have an ae71 cluster here somewhere so I will find it out and have a look.
  13. EFI has it's limits in standard form, sometimes works out cheaper just to throw some sidies on it.
  14. As I said, use the existing wire from the alternator and and trace it back. no need to go to the back of the cluster.

  22. I have a spare set of 4 cylinder 250cc bike carbs here that I am willing to donate to someone for flow testing purposes, they have a 27-28mm throat.

  24. No you don't need to use a 'lucas' sports coil, the factory 4age coil works perfectly fine.
