That light is meant to run on a downlight transformer, the voltage isn't the issue so capping it won't help.

Hey Tom, long time no see, did you put that fuel in as there are a few fuel brands which have yellow fuel (ie matilda), if it smells varnishy then it is no good.

lol at 7 months ago, I got it back Friday, the rear seat has been modified and fitted to it (now a sedan with a flip seat), I also have 2 tig welders so I am looking into making a different manifold for this as the stainless one is a bit too big but I may be getting another AE71 in July and if that happens then the 82 will just get a GEand the 71 will get the GZE. Hopefully I will have the twincam seca stripped out by the end of the month so I can start getting the parts ready for this.

You need to advance the timing to get the right benefits from ethanol, I am running around 50 degrees advance.

I used to run the 82 on v-power racing which was an ethanol blend and there was no problem, the ute runs on ethanol fuel and has done for the last 8 months, COME AT ME FUEL LINES.
