  1. Almost bought myself a z50 frame and forks off ebay the other week. They only wanted a hundred for it..... till i found out it was down in Victoria. And Amber said no :(
  2. Use to work for Sedl's. Just be careful with the fibreglass mattting, i had to cut the lengths on the floor, myself and one other guy, we were the only ones that'd clean the floor first the other guys would just roll it out regardless what crap was on the floor at the time. Try Brauer's Marine on Markelee Street. Near the corner of McDougall and Hursley. From memory a mate found they were cheaper on the resin and hardener

  7. T-18 series 2 From memory the only thing i had to do was swap the bearing plate over to the ke30. But it also opened the range of shock absorbers that could be used in the struts.
  8. It'll depend on the model hilux. Don't go for the early model. Go for the late 80's early 90's 4wd version. The diff is just as strong but lighter then the Ford 9inch and you'll be able to drop into any 4wd shop and buy over the counter stuff for it. I'll let you figure out the model, RN/LNsomething, i can't be bothered remembering. Late 90's early 00's Patrol has a good reputation as being bulletproof, better then a 9inch. But it has the weight behind it as well.
  9. Yeah i think so as well. You've riden and driven more stuff then the town bike ;) LoL
  10. Far out thats a bit phucking rough to find out

  12. Maybe they learnt their lesson :rolls:
  13. My first guess would be the fuel cut solenoid on the carby and that its either not connected to power or its not working. Next if the solenoid is working is to check the rubber hoses for splits etc. Next is to check for air leaks around either the base of the carby or between the intake manifold and head. Squirt a bit of wd40 or something similar around these areas. Apart from that "K" series carbies are pretty cheap.
  14. "Slow down you mad bastard" :lmao: I hope he was supplied a new pair of pants after the run.
  15. "When i grow up, i'm just like you dad !"
  16. I'd still get the demister switch and its light. No one would think twice your using as the kill switch for the motor.

  24. Unless its the auto version. Then you'll find the wiring where the selector is. Two wires are for the reverse switch, and two wires are for the ignition
