5K Twin Sides Manifold Hittinf Extractors
Tenny0 replied to Tenny0's topic in KExx Corolla Discussion
Thanks guys. I'll try grind away a bit of the manifold hopefully won't need to grind to much. Cheers Tenny -
Hi all I'm putting some twin sides in my 5k. The problem I'm having is that the Carb manifold is hitting on one corner of the extractors. The extractor tube that is closest to the fire wall is the bit touching the manifold just in the corner and I can't manage to get bolt it all up. Has anyone had this problem?I'm using blue hurricane extractors and a redline twin side manifold. Would different extractors make a difference? Or should I just try to heat and hit it in a tad to clear. Cheers Tenny

I have watanabes in mine 14x6 +15 up front and 14x7 +8 on rear sit pretty flush with Guards. No flares and reset springs back and lowered ae86 coilovers front

Anyone on here own a silver ke17 sprinter I think it was. Was near the gailes shops yesterday.

Did someone throw a rock or just flicked up from the road? Sucks :(

Should bolt straight up. If it was other way round and you had ke70 gearbox then the only difference would be the gear shifter is slightly further back and you would need to cut a new gear shift hole.

Looking good.Did you put in complete t3 coilovers struts? or did u just get weld on kit? What spring rate did you go?
-
I got mine from clark rubber they sell all different types on a roll so just work out how much you need and what type your after. Good idea to take in your old one. They charge per meter. Fit perfectly on my ke25

Hi all So I'm doing a conversion 86stuts into Ke25. Making the struts into coilover. Just wondering what spring rate for coilovers people are using and with what shocks. Was lookin at the otomoto weld on kit with maybe 4kg springs and the kyb agx sw20 front shocks. I have t3 rcas and t3 camber tops. The car is going to be purely a daily driver and I'm looking at dropping front to about 1 inch above front wheels. I have 14 inch rims with 185/55r14s on. Any advice oh the above would be great. Thanks for your time Tenny

Ke26 4X114 Conversion.... (Help Please!)
Tenny0 replied to Dadams's topic in KExx Corolla Discussion
Hey mate. I did this on my ke25. You have to get rear axels from ke30 with a banjo diff. Just use a drop saw and cut of 5mm off each spline. Then tidy up edges so they will slide in nicely. Bolt up and bobs your uncle. Use the hubs from Ke30 aswell since the pcd is different aswell. Cheers Tenny -
I got front and back bar rechromed at Ipswich electroplaters really old school been on business 35yrs both bars cost $500 for my ke25 his number is 3281 1875

Hi rollaclub I have a 74 ke25 and I'm in the process of painting my car. And want to paint it the original colour. The colour I have matched it to is flicker white. Was wondering if anyone has toyota paint charts so I can get the mix/ratio to make this paint colour. Or if anyone know where I could find a toyota paint chart would be grateful. Cheers Tenny
