Most ebay sellers in Asia land do this item is $1 postage $40. I mean who would buy that. All the sellers want is the cheap add if it is under a certain price so to make up the difference they whack on some postage. I have had this a lot from fuel nozzles to a few turbines to books postage soem people put on items is crap. Cam

Xany if I had the money to offer I would of paid it to him off line. As I had it T-ed up for postage to QLD with him when he STRICTLY said no postage so meh SUCKS BEING A STUDENT.......and heheh he would of sold it to me cheap to Xany off line but again NO CASH FOOK..... Also who cares about condition I mean get it for the bell housing. Also I looked tonight the TE27 had the 2T motor in it so ALL/MOST KE20 cars have the holes in the floor to BOLT IN a T50/T40 gear box. SO there should be no cutting of your floor to fit this gear ox in the car. So harun you can still bid. BUT you must use the TA22 celica T series gear box as it is smaller etc and that was the one in the TE27 factory. So it will bolt into a KE20. But I am also over bidding for this box. But this is left of field etc not sure if it is correct. Now superchargers spin amazingly fast to make the little boost they do. Now most of them (SC14 included) run straight cut gears I know they move air and when you do that it makes noise. But the whine from the super charger is that partly concerned with the straight cut gears in it? Would this play a part in that sweet noise? Cam

KE 20 this possibly will be bolt in as the same box as the TE27 had. KE30 it will bolt in no issues as they have T series floor mounts for a T box factory. Ke55 wont have the bolt hole mounts so work there to install it. A KE10 to fit a KE70 5 speed requires tunnel massage so in a KE10 YES it will need mods..That is a short list of what this will fit. Hi, Early KE1X and I think KE2X had a bayonet fitting like a light bulb. Push down and turn. I made a piece of wood with a slit that I slid onto the shifter shaft pushed down and turned. Later ones have a cir clip. Cheers Cameron

Also Teddy the rust in car would be an easy fix from what I looked at and wouldn't take much. But did you notice the exhaust is lose on the manifold but the back part of the exhaust system is NEW-ish from what I saw so just another tad bit of info there for u.

Hi, Me and Trev went to see that KE25 again today. DANG it is overrated. Back seat I don't think has ever been sat on. Has under dash shelf tray. Car cranks over wouldn't start but it was out of fuel. Rego expired on it 4 MONTHS ago so is just off road. Just needs wheels clean and the front drivers side guard is a bit damaged but they have 2 other KE25 there you can part out for guards. So we asked a price and he quoted about $300 to $500 hundred for us today so SOME one grab this neat ride. Also the steering wheel on it has the fake wood grain rim part and 3 spokes is this a normal KE2X wheel or like the sprinter wheel? Cheers Cameorn

Hi, On my 5K I run a 3K fuel pump with no issues so if it is the pump maybe it is broken? Or also try fuel lines of tank pick up? Cheers Cameron

7shades, As far as I know EASY to get parts. Crank is the same so bearings easy. Pistons would be only hard part and rings BUT I think it is the 4K-U that is still used in some small Toyota forklifts so just google and ask but I reckon it would be same as trying to source normal 4K parts. Cameron

^^ NOPE..can't I tried early 3K and late 3K push rods adn no luck. You actually need dished piston push rods. I did it a while ago so Ill have to write up a how to and why FAQ article on it. As dished piston push rods are like 5K hydro ones but tad longer and a cup on one end. Cam

Push rods Aint Push rods..LOL Nah 4K-U push rods are shorter than normal K motor ones. Now since they run a solid lifter they have the cup up the top for an adjuster. And for the 2 of us that I know of running 3F hilux lifters in a 5K you need these push rods so you can have it all bolt together. If not you have to mod stuff that just takes time and can risk breaking. Cheers Cameron

Hi, Yes what I meant to say was chev lifters with A12 rods works with NON dished piston cylinder heads only as they are taller. As I tried this combo with a non dished piston cylinder head and A12 rods are to long. But since 4K dished piston push rods are shorter for the dished piston cylinder head and 3F lifters are the same as normal corolla solids just wider to fit the 5K block this works a treat if you keep a non dished piston cylinder head Cheers Cameron

And it is official the next rollaclub meeting I will be supplying the cooling needs of our refreshments..LOL And pulse jets use a LOT more gas so cool faster..hahahah But no my actually REAL current project (turbine project) that I am building is micro turbine of about 30SHP on the free power turbine. The whole engine is will be slightly bigger than a a coke can currently I just have working on paper and a compressor to look at but since I found a dirt doctor I should be able to start casting parts very soon :) But below is what it will look like when I'm done :D Cheers Cameron
