  1. i can't wait to see that!! damn work pc...... used to be common to see lemans car in tarmac rallies.... like te tour de france, ferrari entered their 512lm lemans car in that.... and mirage and porsche etc. cool :D

  3. what i was meaning is i don't think toyota are out to control subaru.... more the other industries fuji has stakes in. subaru just came with the package. opposite lock! that works :D
  4. thats funny, coz when they released it, in rallying. the 3 was faster! in fact the 4 flopped! and toyota havnt bought subaru, its fuji heavy industries, the compony that owns subaru. FUJI sligth understeer is safer than oversteer. I'm not talking about fully locked front wheels either.... also slight understeer is faster than oversteer. *cue drift wannabes*
  5. no, the c160 is in the ae111s. as in levins and truenos amoungst others. they are quite different. the input and output shafts etc are different as well as all the gears. iv checked the part numbers. it maybe possible to swap the gearsets over. but the c60 wont bolt to an A series engine, and a c160 wont bolt to a ZZ series. iv just noticed that the 6 speeds used on the SA and OZ 2zzge cars is a c150. as opposed to a c60 in the jap cars
  6. also the c series box that fits the "E" series engines (in paseo starlet etc) has a different bolt pattern to the "A" series ones
  7. no, the ae111 used the c160 the zze12# use the c60 quite different from each other. i don't know for sure if they are interchangable, but i doubt it

  11. i disagree. 4-1 is only good for top end power, and for the N2 exhaust, were talking 9000 odd rpm. the stock manifold is actually very good, good enough that TRD used it in group A. with power of around 200hp.....
  12. ok they could be TRD N2 extractors. which were used with carbs. so some ones added the 02 sensor. in the wrong place too. i can't say for sure if they are or are not TRD ones. but i can say that unless its had serious internal mods they are wrong for that engine
  13. no, they are worse than that they are grade a grain feed refined and concentrated bullshit. with genitic modificatons.

  15. definitly keep the EFI. looks like you only need a loom and ecu there..... iv got the info at home, but I'm pretty sure the TRD exhaust is the stock one with different secondaries. although that may just be the group A ones. id be inclined to say they are not TRD ones..... but id need to check my info. are they 4-2-1 or 4-1? hard to tell from that pic
  16. last week we got a memo from the MTA (motor trade association) warning about people wantign these things fitted. they recomended that their members have nothgin to do with them as they have NO benifit what so ever and are more likely to cause problems than reduce fuel bills. they are total bullshit
  17. how about some more info as to what you have, and what you want to achieve? the common one is the c5# as found in fwd corollas, ae82 etc etc. i can help, but id rather answer specific questions rather than write an essay on everything i know about em :hug:

  19. i agree except for: there being more aftermarker parts for the ca18 hp sells, torque wins races.... s/c = torque :hug: but thats not to say turbos are no good, more s/c are not as bad as a lot off people think. if cheap and easy is your thing, go ca18. if that doesnt matter so much, go with your heart! 4agze |blink|

  21. very cool, but the i hate green! and the bumper and bonnet are definitely ugly! but 841hp makes up for that :D so i assume its a drag car?
