no.... theres the bellhousings to consider... and in the case of the "k" boxes, they don't have a seperate bellhousing so you have to get an "A" engine box

that 20v is similar to what will go in my aw11 :y: the one that has you stuck is a lexus v8 with twin turbos and a zf transaxle. 800hp:thumbsup: aka pure horn!!

well the rally ended yesterday and WE WON and in winning the rally richard took the championship!!! it was touch and go though, we had testing on thursday and the centre diff packed up. so after work on thurs we took it into work and had a look. did some normal preevent stuff too, we finished working on the car at 320am and i was up at 7am for work... anyway we started the rally saturday arvo and as usual we were all waiting nervously at the service park untill rich radiod in, not good. centre diff failed again before SS1. result, 19 secs down on west. we were not happy. so it was a frantic service. we replaced the ECU for the centre diff. somthing was causing it to fry itself, still don't know what it is, but we managed to bodge it enough that it kept going all rally. had an unusually busy rally at service, rich usually keeps the car pretty striaght. had 3 bent arms on the rear, my corner had taken a whack on the bumper (zipties rock!) also ended up crewing for reg cook who took 2nd place in kiwi 2 and a local guy in a crx. so busy and versitial was i! the only drama i had with those 2 was when the locals co driver poured a litre of petrol over my arm and the brakes Shocked keep an eye out for me on tv, there was a lot of interest in our servicing, ill be easy to spot, i ripped my overalls and had my arse hanging out :n: :P :D :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: rally nelson

motorsport = motor RACING racing = time based or first past the post... i bet you i am far more involved in motorsport than you are. probably more than you will EVER be. driftng is not motor sport. end of story.

haha oh dear, NASCAR takes a LOT of skill.... they arnt cruising around there.... 180+mph bumper to bumper on the limit..... and what red dwarf does ISNT motorsport. its display driving. those jap cages don't meet FIA regs.... hence why they are illegal

that about sums it up. its not motorsport, and it certainly is not racing. its a disply, a judged competition. and judging is biased

:D are you for real? have you not seen the THOUSANDS of dicks who come online and talk utter utter shit about drifting? the tossers who think its cool to drift around streets? the dorks who know NOTHING about cars but insist they do cause a cartoon said so? at a recent drift practice day a s14 silvia burnt to the ground cause only ONE driver stopped to help the driver whilel the others carried on even though the session was redflagged, in fact they lept drifting past the burning wreck stopping spectators and marshells from reachign the car. THAT is typical of the attitude of drifters i have met.

hmm drifting.... yes it attracts an unusual amount of wannabes, wankers, tossers and tryhards who think drifting is the fastest way around a race track. iv had several people tell me drifting is faster, and the only reason racers don't drift is cause a: they don't have the skill and b: its banned cause its considered blocking that typical of the b/s drifters talk in my experience. also imo its not motorsport. motorsport is a race against time. drifting is judged, like a flower show or dance contest. so its a competition, not a sport. i just don't get the attration, watching a coupla guys slide around a track... give me some racing!!! thats my thoughts anyway.

drift :D they are actually gettign daer here now, they are very sort after by hood rats. wont get one for much under a grand. and a tidy bug eye can cost ya 2k! 4age in a starship is just so so right.

200hp atw wheels in a n/a 4age will cost like $20k. the atlantic engines run 240ish at the fly and they are about that cost.
