The one in my sig is the SLO-030 plate with a bit of tape across the last 0 to turn it into an 8. I was waiting till it was closer to completion before getting the plates.

Spotted the primer 38 again in brighton last night. Pics really shit, but you get the idea. :jamie:

KE36 would be classified as an Early KE3x. They only made KE38's when AMI started putting them together. SHOULD have both sets of holes in the floor pan. Kickdown is operated via a vacuum port at the front of the manifold.

One of the exhaust hangers on the system my ute used to have, had a hanger which was bolted to the chassis rail. Had to go thru one side of the chassis rail to get to the bolt on the other side. As i was pulling the socket out of the rail it clipped the edge of the hole i was going in thru and popped off the extension. Still in the chassis somewhere. I predict its along side where the passenger sits!

Something like this.... Toyo Proxes Street legal. Maybe not in the size your after tho..

I don't think anyone is happy being stuck in traffic, especially in the city.

My project KE38 doesnt even have wheels that are securely attached haha. Sounds like your talking about my "other" KE38

Cam Drives the Distributor shaft. Distributor shaft drops down into the oil pump and drives the pump.

i found something like that in the KE30. I think it may be a kickdown or somesort for an auto trans?

Ahh ok. Just looking at the towers, don't look like they'd been redrilled to suit the twinky strut tops. But then again, i havent seen the 3 bolt pattern that the Sinkys use.

I've got a basic MSD 6A unit going into my KE38. Picked it up real cheap off a bloke who never used it. Still brand new. Good to see if they make an improvement. Tom, The MSD6 +2 (i think thats the right model) Has all digital circutry.

Mountings all look factory. Did the sedans ever come out in twincam format?
