  1. Much like a 4AGE, they bolt to the block to stop them moving with vibration to prevent them snapping off..
  2. Well it is a black wire that goes to the coil, So I'm pretty sure you would be best looking for a black wire behind the cluster..
  3. Looking better and better all the time
  4. Reminds me of Nick's old AE71. Looks like it was a nice buy, Do you get sick of the auto much?
  5. Sure you can get them to rev that hard, But they won't last terribly long if you keep it there all day..
  6. http://www.rollamods.com/tech/ae86gzetacho.pdf
  7. Can probably be done by changing a few resistors and capacitors in the cluster, should be an article on toymods about it..
  8. Ball joint separator? Just use a bigger hammer..
  9. No way a K motor is going to push that power, Its still got a stock dizzy and a very limited intake at that..
  10. Quite old those photos but still amusing..
  11. Looking great so far, Keep up the good work and it will be running in no time at all!
  12. Its not a bodge job, All the rust has been cut out and metal patches re-welded in to where the rust holes were..
  13. Can't redrill the original crossmember? I'm sure thats what everyone else has done..
  14. Rolln'03 http://www.rollaclub.com/board/index.php?showuser=375
  15. Finally uploaded my photos, May take a while for the server to update them so you may have to hang in there for a bit. http://www.rollaclub.com/gallery/?path=./c..._2006_jamboree/
  16. Might do a Saturday cruise or something because Travis is back up for a while and has just had the 20 valve conversion done on his AE71..
  17. A lot of them do, Get the air into the turbo.. I have some Pictures I'll post up soon, Have to resize them all..

  19. Yeah, they look great when they are on. I have a set of my own I've been meaning to put on.. Can't beat that brand new look :D
  20. Nice! Was a steal for $500
  21. Picked up the Dellortos this morning, $80 to get the softmounts, Studs, Bolts, Fix up the balance linkage and new fuel line.. Just need to save to get the linkage kit/filters and some other stuff now.. He gave me a list of the components/jets inside. Chokes - 32 Main - 145 Emuls. 7772.1 Air - 210 Idle - 55 Pump - 35
  22. Yeah, MAP sensor or any other VSV (Vacuum Switching Valve) that requires vacuum to function..
  23. Yes, You have to change the ECU according to what fuel metering you wish to use (AFM/MAP). They require different sensors between the 2 so you can't just plug an AFM ecu in to a MAP engine loom.. Apparently you can run bigger cams on a 4AGE motor that uses an AFM without having to get an aftermarket computer. I recon AFM is shitty though, Thats why I changed to MAP. But at the end of the day it still does the job..
  24. Oh, You want the actual sensor? That I know I have lying around.. Will have to drop it over for you..
  25. You can change between MAP and AFM looms as long as the motors are identical (ie. I've changed my AFM AW11 motor to run a MAP AE82 loom and ecu). Just you will need to do a bit of chopping and changing of the harness. But if you want to leave it as AFM just block off the vacuum nipples and connect up the AFM gear.. Hope I didn't confuse you..
