  1. Ahhh I see :hmm: Looks good. What are the spacers made out of? Mild steel?
  2. Raven replied to Jared's topic in SA / Adelaide
Last night - White Turbo KE30 2 Door sedan on Anzac Highway around 11.30pm Today - Old lady driving a stock as a rock Orange KE25 in the turn lane on Fitzroy Terrace heading into North Adelaide.
  3. The only dud's i can see were the EA 3.9CFI motor and the AU falcon. The rest actually look half decent. My drift car was an EA Falcon with an EB 4.0MPFI motor in it and boy that took a hammering and had bucket loads of torque.
  4. Probably better off looking on Toymods for that information or Twincam.org
  5. And I'm not going cos my boss's b-day bash is on today and i'll be recovering on sunday :hmm:
  6. Its true. It obviously didnt sell very well....
  7. Raven replied to Josh55's topic in Rollaclub Rides
Drop the rotary in your KE55. Do it!
  8. Mmmmm, skyline seats. How much lower do you sit in those? And whats the side support like?
  9. Welcome to the club! Great introduction too and its good to see you've filled out your Location details. No matter what condition the KE10 is in, throw up some pics. Better still, start a new topic Rides & Projects and keep us all up-to-date on your old man's ride. :hmm:
  10. You know, you'd also benefit more with your car running a plumb-back BOV than to one that vents to the atmosphere? The reason: Venting drops boost pressure and is only good for racing. There is no benefit of having one on the street unless you just wanna let everyone know your car is turbs! :hmm:
  11. I've found that the offset you're looking out is generally for Nissan Silvia's, Bluebirds, Naturally Aspirated R32's and 180SX's. You'll find that they'll fit on the rear but will rub against the front struts. To counter this you could run bolt-on spacers (illegal here, not sure about there) or find other suitable rims that are a +20mm offset. I hope that helps. Cheers Mick
  12. Pssshhhtttt is illegal. Dare you to boost past a cop car and let it sound off Lesley :hmm:
  13. Excuse me for being a dumb shit, but do the spacers go on each end of the rose joint to take up the slack?
  14. I thought this topic was supposed to be about "Whats The Fastest Car You Have Owned?" not "Jet Engines For Dummy's 101". *sigh* Someone may as well lock this one. :hmm:
  15. Oh thats ok then. Its only a KE30! :hmm:
  16. Its been covered for the front before. RA40 Celica front struts with KE30 strut tops (privind that is the year and era of your panel van and not a KE70 series one) will give you an increase from a 200mm front disc to a 254mm front disc. The rears will require either a T-series diff with an aftermarket LSD, a shortened Hi-lux diff or find a jap diff housing and weld up the centre and just keep changing them when they let go or changing axles when the axles shear off in the centre itself. There is also a topic on here called Limited Slip Diff (without changing housing) which you will also benefit from reading too. Cheers Mick
  17. I've got a pair. Just awaiting my manifold and THEN will get a 5K. I'm sure they can be jetted down to work on a 5K.
  18. pretty much everything except your vac. advance from your dizzy to the carb. You'll need that.
  19. Plenty at U-Pull-It dude. If u can give me a hand to drop the motor into the pano, we'll go and load up the pano with a couple of diffs one weekend in december
  20. Hmm, ponders. Celica diff will go in my coupe soon! ;) Should be interesting
  21. Lack of emission control will yes. But if you stick ball bearings in the tubes you need to block off, no-one will be the wiser.
  22. Raven replied to red mango's topic in Rollaclub Rides
Oh man that looks hot! Keep up-to-date with this one dude
  23. Rose-jointed lower control arms would be the way to go. Word on the street is that they can now be tested by engineers for structural integrity.
  24. Each to their own!
