  1. Try SA Brakes. Tell 'em Michael from Motor Traders sent ya :D
  2. Checked out the cells in the battery? Sometimes these cars need a relay fitted to the starter motor so they crank over properly. If you need a starter motor, let me know. I have a decent one here :D
  3. I'll see what I can dig up :D
  4. Damn hey... I'm still gonna get my Japan contact to source me one of those and the triple gauge centre cluster for my yellow 25 :D
  5. Still wayy too expensive. Should be well under a grand to get all that done. Fitting a master and slave for the clutch is a bolt in affair and shouldnt warrant that much in labour costs on top of the parts. I'd seriously look at sourcing the correct parts yourself and get someone to fit them up, as opposed to getting a mechanic who will get them at trade price and then jack up an 80% mark-up on the price which will be well above what they would retail them for. don't get sucked in because you're a chick is all I'm saying, and well, $1200 sounds like you're getting sucked in. :D
  6. Clutch pivot shoud just unscrew.... $1200 is exxy. Call Adelaide Clutch Service and ask what they list for a heavy duty clutch for a 7AFE with Turbo :D
  7. I think you mean :P :S
  8. Swap your waterpump over to a a KE70 item :S that has the larger outlets :P
  9. Late model champ. Wel;l, the tail lights and bonnet say its late model. What year is it? 71=72 had a flat bonnet, 73-74 have a bonnet like you have on yours.
  10. Haha, never said your's were Repro dude, I just said that I bet they were cheaper and that they werent repro's. Mine have the screws too. All up its costing me $120 delivered :P
  11. I think you should be getting the numberplates "Jaffa" instead as it looks more Orange than Red in those pics :P Good to see it coming along nicely. Were the cooling system issues more to do with the heater hoses being too small for the inlet/outlet on the waterpump?
  12. Bet my scuff plates were cheaper than your Thai ones and they aren't Repro's either :P Genuine Toyota parts! :S
  13. Keep it, put it in storage and once you have a shed, work on a restoration. You will definitely regret selling it, thats for sure, as the 25's arent that common (yet I own two lol). I regret selling my KE36 Panel Van really, but in the end, I didnt want a rattly car as my daily.
  14. Looks the goods :P Should be out cruising in that :S
  15. None of those colours :P I've just been informed that my contact in Japan has my scuff plates and is about to forward them on to me :S
  16. Replace the fuel solenoid with a bolt champ :P
  17. Oh, poor Tate. *pats head* I wasnt even talking to you about the colour, so why are you bothering to even post in here? But since I must reply to every smart-arse comment you make, factory colours are boring and since you're a fan of factory colours, YOU my friend, are also boring. :P My 25 as it was before the dismantling wasn't even a factory colour. It was that TA22 Celica yellow.
  18. Contact Nolathane or Nol-Tec and as them. If they don't have them in stock, I'm sure you could supply bush dimensions (inside and outside diameter and length of said bush) and they could make some up for you. Pity I've been off work sick or I could look into it for you :P
  19. Still leaving you allllllllll in the dark :P Let me just say that you wont be disappointed :D
  20. Well, I gotta get a tooth pulled first, so once that is done, I planm on using my tax return moolah to get the bodywork blasted and then it goes in to get the rust cut out and new metal welded in, then a lick of paint (this will also include molesting the front and rear wheel arches for the flares and fitting up the front lip spoiler) :P. While thats being done, I'm going to start getting the motor built :D
  21. Nothing yet - we're still negotiating that. I've sent him $150 so if it comes to be less than that he can keep the rest :P Postage is a killer though and not cheap so we'll see how it goes.
  22. * Update * I had my contact in Japan source me these - Clicky Clicky Should make the old girl look great :P
  23. It looks odd without them to be honest as it has a late model bonnet on an early model KE25. I'm contemplating slapping my KE25 grille on it for now and removing the cowls, but will see how I go and if I can be bothered anytime soon. I'm changing over the front hubs to KE30 items and the rear end I'm shortening KE30 axles 5mm each side and bolting them in. That's a cheap stud pattern upgrade :D Doubt I'll be selling them anytime soon unless you have a set of late model ones you're willing to swap :)
  24. Children of Bodom > The Getaway Plan :P
  25. Is it your fortune to party Juzzy? :(
