Youre talking about the final drive ratio...which IS the differential. Unless you want to shell out upwards of $4000 to have your gearbox re-ratioed (which would be really stupid) you're gonna have to play with the diff.
What car are we talking about? (sorry not a mind reader )

pretty garbage EFI if you ask me.... People have been known to rip it off and replace it with good side draft carbys.
Death by Bass: ignore my request again and I will suspend you for 48hrs. I'm not your personal servant. Dan has created another thread but for some reason youve gotta be a tard and continue ignoring a simple request.
You just sit back with your beer Dan and I'll do the JZA80 RZ Supra specs.
Now I'm using power figures for the euro version because the japanese have some stupid agreement that their cars don't make more than about 208kw which is a load of bullshit (they do indeed make more than quoted!!)
So we have a power figure of 243kw at 5600rpm. That gives us 110hp/L
The JZA80 supra weighs 1542kg so we have 4.67kg/hp
The thing I love is you can make 1000bhp on the standard bottom end and 1500hp at the wheels is most certainly within reach. Such an awesome motor.
Anyway thats enough from me. You fellas play nice now.
You NEED dates. No one is going to commit if they don't know when the hell it is. I know Ive already got alot of things on in november and the closer it gets, the more likely people are going to have other things on.
Nissans VH45DE of the early 90's made "206kw" (It accually makes more like 230kw PLUS but due to japanese regulations they can only quote 206). The current XR8 is quoted as making 260kw with almost a litre of extra capacity.
Nizpro is making about 1000hp out of an unopened VH45 and they were also used in the Indy cars.
Anyway this is completely off-topic
If its a Garrett turbo just get one off a slightly larger garrett turbo. I'm pretty sure the GT17 would use the same fittings as a T25/28 (they certainly look the same size). Grab the oil drain off a Silvia/180SX T25.
Teflons used to reduce friction and therefore reduce heat. If youre going to use something else you'll have to add oil or some other lubricant which isnt much good for your intake.
Upgrade to the SC14. If thats not big enough go searching for something off a small V8. :D Or go to a turbo.
Yep $30k built in Australia. Sequentials are good but they do have down sides too. Such as you can't skip gates like some V8 Supercar drivers like to do and some designs have a tendancy for the shifting mechanism to jam (Isnt so much of a problem these days I don't think). Still many top levels of motorsport use them. Champ Cars have been using manually shifted sequential boxes (they move to paddle shift next year). The new Carrera Cup 911 GT3 997 for next year has a sequential box.
