  1. I think 4K-H is the best one. AFAIK it was only released in the JDM
  2. nah seen it before in various forms....
  3. lol you are the funny :P
  4. I don't think theyre any different. Unless my TA22 had RA23 lights...
  5. Agreed, KE70 K50 has the longest extension housing of the K boxes.
  6. The angle on the lights looks like youre trying to blind the pilots of low flying aircraft....
  7. I stumbled across this page just before and found it an interesting read. As they say in the article rims are so often overlooked but are such highly stressed (and important!) parts. http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/tech/techpage.jsp?techid=110
  8. They can be swapped but its not a straight swap. Medicine Man has a late front on his early KE70
  9. CA18DET would have to be the most common one Ive seen. FJ20s are a bit on the hefty side...
  10. Farewell...shame he never got his 10 Bathurst victorys. Will be a rather sombre Bathurst this year
  11. Wanna be different...why not put like a Jaguar V12 in there, I don't think thats been done. I think you'll be hard pressed to find a cheap fesable engine conversion that hasnt been done in some way or form.
  12. 4A and 4E are completely different engines. The 4E has only ever been mounted transverse. The closest you'll get to a RWD gearbox is out of a 4wd Tercel. 4A is 1600cc 4E is 1300cc
  13. Alumnium in general (let alone cast) is more difficult to weld than say...steel. So yes, his statement is correct, it is hard to weld, when compared with an easy to weld material. I think you'd like us to keep on topic so we can keep feeding you answers. Free ride stops here...

    The Kesev!

apexi filters for the win. The best money can buy...not cheap. If youre using a hotwire AFM avoid oiled at all costs.
  15. manifold absolute pressure AFM is air flow meter both ways of figuring out how much air is going into your engine.
  16. one thats suitable, small, aftermarket, whatever works but probably use MAP anyway.
  17. irokin to the rescue...
  18. I don't dispute that...they just don't have bits flying all over the place. A "contained" failure
  19. http://users.ilnk.com/teamsupra/IMAGE07dffrnt.jpg http://www.slantsix.org/articles/bryan_long-fi/fuel-rail.jpg http://nissanperformancemag.com/may02/images/fuel-rail.jpg you tell me? Alternatively you could try and space your runners so that you could use a standard rail off another car... but its gonna have to be pretty spot on or it will leak around the injectors.
  20. Sure you could make one...but what about injectors, fuel rail, throttle position sensor. Most of the ones I see come with that as a minimum. Probably looking at $50 for a cheap possibly dodgy injectors, few dollars for the TPS and probably a fair bit for a custom rail. I'm not saying don't do it, just beware of the hidden extras.
  21. I thought skin cancer was enough of a deterrent in its own right...obveously not?

    The Kesev!

good....theyre possibly the worst product HKS make.
  23. Wow...needs the speed sensor. I disconnected the one in my silvia and the ECU hasnt complained yet. Cheap speed cut defender ;)
  24. Ive never seen an uncontained failure of an SR20....theyre pretty unspectacular when they go. Melted piston, screwed bearings, siezed up....never seen things poking new viewing windows.
  25. lol....just when you said "harness" I picture the big EFI harness' Ive played with. Shouldnt even need a diagram for a non-EFI motor.
