  2. Ok I understand it is easy to tap out the holes, but what do i do about the bolts? do i use an over size one? will the difference in metal between the other bolts cause them to expand at different rates?
  3. Ok I have a new annoying problem, two of the threads that the rocker posts bolt to are threaded, do I need to get this tapped then get larger bolts?

  15. I payed something like 30 or so bucks for it from supercheap, its not the best quality and took a few times to get each one in, but hey they are in.
  16. Haha yea I think that would be a good idea! Heres a pic of the machined pistons, atm I am waiting to get paid so I can go buy another headgasket etc and get this running. I went and bought a piston ring tool as well, so if anyone needs to borrow one in the Sydney area let me know.

  18. noo don't get simmons, get a nice japanese wheel, i know this is an impossible wheel to find but get sakuras, will suit the pink perfectly

  20. ok i have a compressor, do i coat the rings and the sides of the pistons in engine oil?
  21. yepo i also have a few spare seatbelts for engine ropes etc they are useful even with the metal bits on the end as they can hook onto random things
  22. Ok i'm back, is there any way to get the pistons back into the block without having the proper tool?

  25. Back on page 18 I checked for bottoming bolts, I did clean all the head bolts and coated them in engine oil.
