the lifters i used were out of a 253 V8 holden engine...same thing more or less. brand spankers, being solid as well. the 4k rocker gear *should* fit on. i used a 3k bigport head and atm i have a 4k rocker gear on there. so i'm guessing that the 5k head can't be much different. Just make sure the posts are about the same length or the difference in length can be adjusted through the rockers.....now if you were using a 3k head i'd tell you to look for some dastun A12 pushrods, they will fit in and adjust up nice. not sure on the 5k head mainly cause i didnt use it.

(also has air con that i still have to rip out) KE36 4 door wagon - rusting in the backyard as spare parts. about 3 Trailer loads of spare parts that are sheltered by these two cars in my backyard. (i gotta start selling some of it i think, [ i'm a hoarder, what can i say]) thats it dads current cars include but not limited to. 1965 Holden HD ute - Daily work vehicle. He's had it since it was 3 years old. 1978 Holden HZ wagon - used to tow caravan, but hasnt in a long while. now its the trailer tow vehicle. 1984 Ke70 sedan - its mums car. used to be her mums car, so its pretty overrated. Its also the youngest car we own. damn my fingers hurt. :jason:

i am currently having kinda the same problem in my Ke55 sedan. sometimes it will take at least 5 mins for the fuel guage to come up, then it doesnt show the right amount in the tank anyway. i havent had the time to pull the tank out yet to see if its the sender ( i have a sneaky suspicion it is), so if you find out before me, let me know..... btw if i use enough fuel this week i may take the tank out this weekend

yep...... the memories came flooding back just then...... my car now loves the hot air for some reason now..... but the best part of that day was sitting in irokins apartment whit air con full blast and waiting for car to cool down and sun to drop, meanwhile watching a movie.....hehehehe......good on ya mate for saving one of your fellow members..... ;)

well........a picture says a thousand words..... teddy and i went for a drive out to peters place to pick up some stuff today.....we kinda "found" this little park on the way....... just to add to the effect.....i kinda did a skid leaving...... bwahahahahaha......i still can't stop laughing. ;)

"Is that thing a rotary"........i think i just about choked him.... my answer to his question was.....nah mate.....1.5L with a big cam. anyway apart from that..... AN AWESOME DAY.....i might just go and get my cams licence now...... ;)
