i'm gonna be getting my ke20 VERY soon. and i've got a perfect mindmap set out.

when i get it you'll all be the first to know :)

Car: 1973 KE20 Nearly Finished Project!

 

Motor & Driveline: 5K motor with twin 40mm DCOE Webers, 5 speed gearbox, Runs well.

 

Wheels & Tyres: Probably going to whack on some charcoal superlites, still deciding.

 

Interior: Front and back seats have been Re-Upholstered in black vinyl. Has a new dash pad. Still have to get all the door trims re-upholstered, New carpet and New roof lining.

 

Body: Was completely paint stripped all rust cut out and re fabbed with metal then new respray with purple-black pearl. Gutters were removed and shaved. Straight as.

 

Other:Front bumper has ding in it but have a new one still to go on. Interior should be finished in a month or so.

This is my first ke20! Only Corolla model I've never had before.

Motor & Driveline: Factory Spec 3K and K40

 

Suspension & Brakes: Factory

 

Wheels & Tyres: Factory 12's

 

Interior: Brown, VERY tidy

 

Other: Genuine one owner, have purchase documents from 9th Oct. 1974.

 

Keeping it as it is... I'll just detail it up sweet.

Wheels & Tyres: factory steelies with white walls

 

Interior: Standard ( excellent condition )

 

Body: Afew wee imperfections here and there but overall pretty sweet

 

Other: 64k on the clock. 2 previous owners. nearly ready to be rego'd and on the streets :jamie: then afew slight modifications like exhaust and extractors etc etc then work on the body so its immaculate ( respray in original colour )
