Hey all, during the middle of Oct, my partner (will-be wife) and i are heading on up to tassie for a week of relaxed travel and siteseeing. flying into hobart and hiring a car for the 8 days we'll be there/here (fly-in Tuesday noon-ish, fly-out tuesday evening). while it might be a flying visit (geddit), we're not after a wham-bam-thankyou-ma'am tour de everything (we're not keen on doing any actual tours or skiing, but are up for a couple of nice walks/drives along/thru mountains with sweeping views.) and while i'm happy covering vast distances via car experiencing the roads, the lady would like there to be lots of lady-like happenings. current thinking …

Hi Rollaclubbers, Just noticed a thread I made about my front end almost a year ago with zero replies, so hoping this one gets a few more bites. I have a set of four Toms Igeta wheels that have been soda blasted. I want to get them polished, and after great difficulty attempting it myself had decided to outsource the job. Are there any well priced businesses or individuals in the area who can polish these up for me? I am hoping to get them done for $50 a wheel. They've been soda blasted as mentioned so no paint to remove and an even rough surface to polish. Thanks if you can help!

Hello Hobart Rolla Clubbers, Can anyone recommend someone decent to rebuild my brakes and front struts? (RX-7 calipers with new rotors, 86 struts new shocks/springs not coilovers) Components are all there, including brake rebuild kit. I need them put together, but also cleaned up with a paint respray. Greater Hobart area is preferable, let me know if you've got any tips!

I'm after something cheap to drive to work. prefer Datto 1200sedan/180b/200b, corolla or similer. (NO 120Y's) tho. must be still in reg and not half rooted because i can't realy be stuffed working on it. prefer in the Launy area.
