Well, I went and finally got myself an little baby rolla. And a properly special one at that! I picked this up last night from Somerset, and drove it back with Ben. Drives like a dream for a 40 year old car! It has a 5k motor in it as it sits at the moment, bolted to a pretty tight 5 speed box. The diff whines like a whore with an infection though! Everything works, except the Alternator (well, it works enough that you can drive with the lights on, or the wipers, but not both. Will fix asap) Its got some rust, its got some dents, but it's going to get fixed up soon enough. Within the next 3 months! Piccies.. can't wait to start!

hey fellas thaught i would post up my pano as i am going to be building this one for a while lol i traded my mate a ae71 sedan for it. its pretty clean body wise but the motor puffs a bit of smoke no biggie here are a few pics in its current state. plans for it include ma61 rims coilovers for front reset leafs for back semi slicks

Well for a Birthday present dad knows alot of people and the car was respray painted red, all dents pulled out, brand new bonnet, cleaned interior, IVE PUT A 6" CANNON on lol looks good i think, replaced the badges to the newly modern toyota badge and tryed on my wheels that have been sitting around Next is its going in for an illegal black tint, looking for 17" black rims with chrome lip, wll lower it about 2" and a sunroof, then ill start on the interior and i already have a 700w amp and 1300 w sub hooked upp went driving the other night and just some photos from out and about let me know what u think

Hey fellas/ladies new to this site, I'm from Just Commodores. Quick run down. I brought this car, from a guy that worked at Wheel Worx. 225,XXX on the clock, after 4 months of sitting there, it started first turn. So the engine is in quite decent nick. Clutch is still healthy, chrome is still shiny and straight. Has a little bit of rust, nothing that some bog and primer wont fix ;) Ive now had this car for almost 6 months, with not a single problem.. Except for a bad earth strap :P But the time has come, for this little beast, to get a make over, and a new heart. Gday guys, introducing myself: My missus and I have had this KE20 for about 5 years now. Been back on the road almost a year after getting a minor rebuild. Stock gypsum green resprayed 4K not too exciting - maybe a transplant one day! 5 speed remote central locking CD etc hidden MR2 seats, back retrimmed A few KE25 bits inside (lower parcel tray, f&r armrests, etc) either stock 12" whitewalls or 14" alloys 4 x 110pcd just about finished Air Conditioning Daily driver

this is my rolla 1979 Toyota Corolla Ke 55 stock 4K 2 inch straight through exhaust 13 inch meshies all round lowered 5 speed manual pre stock for now until got the money to drop a V6 Supercharged back into it

yeap......4k is running on like 3 cylinders but running nonetheless haha, has a locked diff which is missing one of the shims and has no diff oil in it haha (will get round to it ;) ). no interior cept for a guage pod zippy tied to the steering column and 2 chairs, custom ignition lol (i pulled the switch out and superglued a knob to it so u don't need a key...ignition was rooted) and yeah thats about it. still deciding whether to use this one as my drift project or another cleaner one. its a beast!!!!! ;) :) (crap phone camera images) (crap phone camera video haha) (p.s. don't mind the fusion doll....he wanted a ride :kiwi: )

As Ibought her for $350 from this dude in Ipswich, Had shagged suspension and rust in the boot. Rust has been cut out and plated, and i fit Monroe GT gas struts in the front. About to get dropped on lowered falcon springs rear and commodore springs front. And trying to decide between konig rewinds/ superlites, or five point challenger rims.. Any suggestions?? I'll post up some new pics soon, it's now got a black bonnet, and soon will be two-tone from the door handles up black and silver underneath. OK, so I just got this home from Hobart, was my brother's, Mum decided it would be better for it to be used rather than rust away to nothing in their backyard, so she gave it to me...... It's a 1981 G10 Daihatsu Charade, 1.3 liter 3 cylinder 5 speed 4 door hatch, very original, minor rust on passenger door front and rear, sizable dent in rear passenger door due to my brother smacking his fence a short while after buying it, easy enough to fix..... So..... Zowie and I did another trade, and I got this thing. Ae82 20v blacktop conversion rear disc conversion and that's about it for now. Future plans? who knows, I quite like it so I wouldn't mind pumping a bit of money into it, fixing the suspension up (Probably Bazda gear) and maybe some engine work (I guess best value for money would just be a turbo) Hope to run it on a Dyno this week, maybe look into going aftermarket computer, and hopefully if I have time ill try and get out to Wednesday Test N Tune at Willowbank to see how slow it is. i recently had a AE82 rollla come into my possesion it's just my run around car until i get my commodore back on the road and wen it does i'm gunna pull the corolla off and do some mods to it, major one is an engine conversion from the stock 4ac to the 4age and was wondering the costs involveds in engine purchase and all parts needed the current box is a 5 speed manual I'm guessing i don't need to do any swapping for that

Hey rollaclub members I'm new to rollaclub happy to be online sharing this beast i bought its a 1971 ke20 2 door sedan i bought if off an old guy called grahame from cabooluture apparently hes known for finding all the rare rollas he sold that 4door ke10 to someone whos selling it online here, he showed me heaps of his corollas his ke15x2 he had another ke17 with tacho a T-18 and a ke35 coupe in amazing condition. Anyways i bought it for 1300 with a K50 box and an upgrade to a 4K 1300 tuned by him. Hey guys picked up this car a few months ago for my brother now I wish I kept it because its fun to drive and when you can't find a parking spot you can just put it in your back pocket and walk around seems to have near new interior, Air Con works well, cd player, handles like a mini, 3au motor is gutless but I'm sure it can be tweaked. unfortunately its an auto the bastard is drawing power when its turned off and kills the battery overnight and the speedo doesnt work but other than that its great... Hey Guys, Finally got my hands on a Corolla, so stoked about it. Well stoked about everything except the colour :( From memory i think it as an 1995 AE112R. Not 100% sure on that though. I'm looking forward to modding it a little bit, I'm not going to do that much to it though, I'm saving up to modify a 1st Gen Celica, or a old school corolla, I'm still trying to decide. lol.
