hey guys just thought id show you my other baby... its a TC cortina with full fibreglass front, 302 windsor, 750 holley double pumper, gonzo custom pipes, C4 auto gearbox, 5000 stall, 9inch diff with 4.5 gears, B&m carbon fibre shifter, all autometer gauges and the list goes on and on, its not registered and is only for drags, i have managed to run a personal best of 10.90 @ 123mph, so thats my hobby :D and is currently in the process of a new paint job so ill post pics up as soon as done... thanks

Hey Guys, Just bought this one owner AE71 CSX Corolla, 1984, 1.6, Auto, 96,000 Genuine ks, Green exterior, Blue interior, Brand new tires, Water pump, Carby, Exhaust, Shocks, Windscreen..Hasnt been drivin since '08, Got it of an old lady, Immaculate Inside, Bonnet is faded due to sitting under a tree for 4 years.. Hey how you going I'm new to rollaclub. Ive got a ke38 and want to put some work into it, but not wanting to spend a lot of money on it at the moment as I'm still at school and wanting to buy a unit in the next year, so ill take it bit by bit. It has got a fair bit of rust on it ive got pictures of the main rusted parts. Could anyone please give me a rough amount on how much it will cost to get it all fixed? Here is my latest rolla to my collection. 81 KE55 4K with 5 speed and just registered it. Got 4 new tyres, put a sound system in it, and brand new carpet just last weekend, put all the granny spec stuff like seat covers and steering wheel cover, put a KE20 carby on it with mechanical secondry and no vaccuum hoses except the dizzy one. Painted the rocker cover as you can see and put an air filter on it. It has deep dish rims that I just started polishing as u can see. Drives perfect, really light in the steering and with the old carby has good power for what it is. Ripped out the factory tape player and put a pioneer one, am rigging up the amp and sub now. Yeah i decided to upgrade a little bit, the power is fun! stock as a rock. besides the stereo. So far its got new dizzy cap, leads, HKS panel Filter, the Kenwood Head unit, 6" splits and 6x9's. And ive got a boost gauge in there just so i could see how much she's getting after years. 9-9.5. which is good :D whadda ya reckon....rollaclub worthy or should i take it down :P

I bought the keseventy near the start of the year, mainly as something new and my mates were saying they were the best and I was like couldn't be, so long story short decided to buy one. I bought it crashed, the bloke hit a kangaroo coming home from VIctor Harbour, when I first asked about it it wasn't so I got pictures of it before and after. I was originally looking to buy an AE86, but found him sitting next to the railway line in Auchenflower (brisbane) and thought, "Meh, close enough." :P I chucked a 4A-C motor in, the old motor was destroyed, (already had a T50 box) and ran him for about 3 months, but then the inevitable craving for power kicked in and i needed more performance! Although many looked at me strangely when i said i wanted power from a 4A-C, I did the easiest thing an chucked a Weber in (32/36), this resulted in 90hp at the fly and 58hp at the wheels, not too bad really. Thankfully we had a incident free weekend and improved our times every session, found 12 secs from my first lap to my fastest lap and probably another 5-7 secs still to be found. Hey guys, thought I'd post my rolla up here for some feedback and to get to now a few members. Well I swapped my r31 skyline for 2 ke70's and a ca18det package. 1 rolla had rego and the other was defected to regency( which the previous owner thought he would tell me it was defected after the trade). The one with rego has a 4k which the previous owner reckons it had a port and polish, 20 though shaven of the head and a few other things. Had the usual spark plug o'ring oil leak and sump leak. just lookig for some prices on a 4a or sr20 and came across this website http://www.japparts.com.au they have brand new 4y engines that look identical to the k's. they also have elect dizzies that look like they would fit a k engine. i've looked in the threads for suitable diffs for a worked 4k, hilux and commodore diffs are apparently to heavy, what about old mazda 626 or something cheap like that, could it take a floggin all day?

Yes it's a cooner/padock basher/rally thrasher or whattever you want to call it. It's straight, runs very well, doesn't leak oil or water, however is full of rust. It is registerable in SA. Mods so far: Stripped interior spooled up diff Corona mags (I think) Mods to follow: 1 coil to be out of the front springs (lowers and stiffins) turn the bottom leaf at the back upside down, and clamp on top, (lowers and stiffens the car) 1.5" to be cout out of each guard (rust removal and guard clearance,) then flair the guards Rattle can Matt black paint job. Hey guys, Well here is my current headache. Just installing the motor now. Already installed the rear end of an ae86, tranny, front and rear susp. I know the car is all dirty and nasty right now. But the plan is to get the car running right, then tear it back down again, detail all the parts and repaint the whole shell. Then put it back together again. Sup everyone. just picked up my second car today, a KE70. No RWC, no reg, off a good friend of mine. he originally bought it for his daughter to learn on, but never got the time to get everything done, so it got sold to me!! car is in great condition. there is NO rust at all. My first car was a 1600 datsun, so I know what rust looks like!! ive been over every inch of the bodywork on this thing, no rust whatsoever. it has a few dings, dents and scrapes, but nothing bad. hey guys, i thought i should finally do up one of these, I have and 82 ke70, i bought this car for just a learner drift car to get down the basics first. i had plans to drop a 13bt into it but i am pretty sure that its illegal in queensland :D , at the moment its pretty standard, with 4k and 5spd box, chopped and sitting on bump stops and locked diff. i have resprayed it gloss black(its not perfect) took me awhile to do in my garage and limited time... i need coilovers and some dishies really bad..... its not finished just yet. there is a rust repair to be done.( thanks to mungi mods) thanks. and install a stereo, gauges, tacho etc fiddly stuff heres some pics.…

Hey all, Picked this up a while ago with a suspected blown engine, so i bought it to just chuck another engine into it. So i inspected it to see how it was and what the problem was, i couldnt find any visible fault. So i put charge to it and it started up and ran fine. Let it warm up a bit then took it for a drive. Drove good, just felt like it needed a bit of a tune up. Came back looked under the bonnet and it had a coolant leak or stream if you like coming from the thermostat housing. Pulled that apart and found it had been dodgy'ed up very badly, new gasket over old one with silicon. So i cleaned it all up and sealed it up using silicon (Good old liquid gasket!…

Hey, got another ae86 this saturday.. bought it unseen its been sitting for 10 years, a bit new fuel and clean the plugs and it fired right up steamed the bay and its overrated! T3 camber plates, AGX adjustable dampers front and rear, T3 coilovers in the front, and NCRCA's its better than at first look, its just the fenders thats gone here.. a bit in the door and in the rear neew wheel arch glued in one of the windows got a exhaust leak i took the manifold out stainless headers going in new oil, filter and plugs.. time for test drive ill just…

Just took some fresh pics nearly finished the flares off, got one more to go and cleaning up front bumper and got some brand new bumper lights 22 bucks each.next up got some coilovers on the way, and not long before she's back on the road.

finally got me hot little hands on a ke11 6/70 ami built model. I don't know a great deal about these cars, but this was a good score, and ive always wanted one. Starter motor is shagged so i have replaced it the sarvo and got her running. it has a warm 3k with k40 4 spd and jap diff. Has had front brakes upgraded and been told its ke 20 hubs and rotors with ke35 discs. rear has reset king spring leafs. still retains ke10 front leaf interior seems pretty straight forward and original with ke20 seats in the front and everything else stock. door cards and parcel shelf have been cut out for speakers:( at the moment it runs well but will need a bit of mecha…
