All race cars these days use digi dash's which just run straight read out of the ecu but you don't have that option. What gauge do you have now? I would have have to assume the better known brands would be decent; defi, Omori, stack and most likely autometer

If I was you, Buy a r154 and some wheels/coilovers for the z30 and drive that. They're really quite good cars Once you start doing diff conversions etc on KE70s (which you will for a sr20det) The costs rack up super fast. I put a 4AGE in my car for 2.5-3grand this included pretty decent suspension and that was doing it super cheap compared to most (I got the 4AGE/loom and T50 for $250)

10K Budget For Ke55 Forced Induction Build
It's_AUDM_Yo replied to Rion_55's topic in Engine Conversions
R31 front end is huge! its going to raise your car quite a lot imagine, Just go s13 if your desperate to put nissan stuff in. Or put ae86 stuff in if you want proper handling. I would go Hilux or r31 rear end. Also two turbos on a 1.6l is very wishful thinking What do you want to do with the car/what power numbers are you after? -
Could someone please got a costco membership xoxo, my jack breaks the boot floor everytime I put it in.

Ram Tubes/velocity Stacks/trumpets Legality?
It's_AUDM_Yo replied to Bushpig's topic in General Mechanical
Yeah just the easy one, Could be different there though. Nah not really we can get our car impounded for 90 days if its "illegally modified"- 7 replies

Ram Tubes/velocity Stacks/trumpets Legality?
It's_AUDM_Yo replied to Bushpig's topic in General Mechanical
Well sort of irrelevant but maybe similar in QLD, You just need a modplate for change of induction and get it emission tested. I would believe the CAI or pod filter thing is rubbish because neither of them really do anything at all- 7 replies

Yeah I meant as in get solid or dimpled and all the rest
-
Yeah I also have QFM HPX pads in my sil and they're as Dave said good street/track pads I would go A1RM's if the car is predominately track based. As for rotors anything that isn't solid disk haha

Do a burnout! Also just realised I forgot about that cluster, I'll message you when I get some $$ of my mate

You'll only end up with -0.5-1 degree camber with ke30/55 LCA's, so its not much. Coilover kits are universal so they just go by the strut castings diameter, Its 51mm if remember properly but measure yours to check. Mine were HSD they were pretty good.
-
The RA65 perch works fine with the KE70 spring, its just lame and mega high. Also RA65 has a different kingpin angle to KE70 so you end up with positive camber with the standard KE70 spring and LCA combo, Thus why I suggested the different LCA's before. The knuckles are fine same as 86 manual vs ps, I had ps RA65 knuckles in mine for extra lock. Look at my build thread its the exact setup I had
-
Put the KE70 strut tops on standard or aftermarket and it all bolts up the same. RA65 control arms are the same as KE70 just with lock stops, I would recommend going KE30/55 or xt130 control arms Same deal if you convert them to coilover.

Motor with gearbox for sure, if its RWD

Took the same measurement (where valve cover meets head to strut tower) on my S14 and it was 290mm I'll get the same measurement from a s13 today. Cars gunna be nuts with a 3076 could be a tad laggy sometimes Also another tip is I don't run the coilpack covers on mine and everyone I know because they trap the heat in and I have heard/seen the extra heat cause people some issues.

Quick run down, higher beings feel free to correct Auto: is cheap and fairly strong but gay for everything other than hoops The main manual boxes people use with 1/3UZ W58: can usually find one for around ~500, They are fairly strong but with button clutch and aggressive driving will take its toll. Pretty easy to fit in a KE70 with a bit of hammering.Their is other W series boxes but as far as I know they are all weaker. R154: Everyone wants them I haven't seen one for sale in a while and it was ~1800, They are strong box people run 800hp+ threw them. Bigger then W58 never heard or seen one in KE70 but you could investigate further. Another manual box floating around that people are using is GM T56 I don't know heaps about these but they can be had for a lot less then R154's on occasions and rebuild kits etc are mega cheap Most people say they're as strong or a lot stronger than R154's Can be fitted up with with auto bellhousing and adapter plate but apparently these are pretty big so would definitely be custom tunnel I assume. Most or these are 6speed which would be nice but I have no idea on ratios could put a diff ratio in that suits while your putting a different one in. Way more in-depth info on 1UZ->T56 here: http://www.toymods.org.au/forums/engines-accessories-driveline-sale/54289-1jz-2jz-1uz-t56-adaptor-plates.html

Is that exhaust heat wrap? If so make sure you wet it when your putting it on, seen so many people stuff it up.
-
How does this happen? they have the whole bloody sky to use.

Nice gauge mount hahehaho
-
If you sell it you can buy my Camry for 3-4k ;)
-
You can also throw Nissan Stagea's in the mix as well. Also fun fact the quote I got for full comp on my S14 was $3000 a year... it doesn't have full comp.

Boobs are awesome
-
Check the pulleys stuff first because they're easy to see. Then i'd be pulling the valve covers off and have a poke around. Maybe supercharger? these are clutch type right? But I know nothing about sc12's Definitely sounds like a rotating noise.

All I could find, I'm pretty sure this isn't the final colour.

Yeah beally's, it has a 3sgte. It goes really well! The quality of cars this year has been awesome.
