its not to major, it has an unmodified celica diff in it in the pics, that should give you an idea on how it fits. also, the top bushes need a bit of persuasion to get them in but they fit and the panard bar might be the wrong length. if u pm me the length of your panard bar, i'll measure mine to see how far off it is.

Right, i finally decided to get off my arse with this thing, 2 trips on bad country rds has made the decision for me. The front lip and quad light are gonna have to wait for a while, hopefully I'm ordering some new koni sports mr2 inserts in the next few weeks and then I'm gonna be making up some new coilovers front and rear with some new springs to get rid of the shitty kings progressives that ive got at the moment. If time permits, I'm going to setup an equal length four link setup in the rear also. Watch this space, I'm going to do a proper write up on the struts and four link setup. :dance:

got my quad headlights and my front spoiler (hopefully in the next 2 weeks) and when i get the front lip she goes into the panel shop to get the front gaurds lined up properly and hopfully all will be good, bein having massive issues whenever i even think of working on my cars atm

well, by that logic, why didnt my car get hot when it was flat blue then? paint finish shouldnt have very much to do with it at all, black and dark colours absorb heat, white and lighter colours reflect it. either way, look at mercedes golden yellow, theres a guy on here or ae86dc with a ke70 in that colour, looks hot as, or drop by your local european (VW, mercedes, bmw, volvo, audi etc) and get a few brochures with colour samples and go off that. I find that euro stuff has nicer colours, yank stuff (including for and holden) has bright stuff and jap colours suck (excluding subaru, honda and some nissan). I just feel that the jap colours tend to be missing something, can't put my finger on what it is, just my opinion.

Accually, black makes a car heaps hotter, i have a ke70 that was a flat old darkish blue, i painted it flat black and i went from bearably hot to waaaay f@$k off stupid hot. and mythbusters did a test between a white and black car and the black car was like 8-10 degrees hotter inside than the white 1 :hmm:

just a thought, you've prolly done it this way but anyways, with the loom into the doors, would you be able to come out of a hole in the pillar down low and go into a hole in the door up high (if that makes sense)? Its what i did with my speaker wires to take the strain off

an RA40 era 14x5 with a 5mm spacer will fit over the hilux brake setup, its what i ran for about 12 months before I got my rewinds (15x7 0 offset) for the coilover bits, your looking at about $200-300 for the weld on kit, springs are up to you. For the strut inserts, i would suggest heading down to your local parts place with your old strut insert and finding a commonly available insert that either fits or is slightly shorter. That way your strut legs could be shortened to suit or you could add spacers at the bottom of the leg to make up the difference. -

thanks to all, yeah u saw me in penrith, dunno about power but its more than enough to get me in trouble atm :P its starting to get a little tired atm tho, its done 76000kms since i put the sr in so i think a big turbo motor wil be on the cards later this year (if all goes to plan)

::UPDATES:: I figured i'd better update my pics so they work :yes: and add a few new ones, the cars all the same colour now and ive got some jdm headlights coming and hopefully a front lip if my pm gets replied to, goin out today to find out about some tein bits and to maybe buy a KE70 van, pics i really like that last pic, livin in penrith now asweel, i just visit bathurst a few more detailed coilover pics, all this stuff is pretty and welded properly/painted now this is what i want to do next, sort of :) i want to copy this setup but put equal length rear four link bars, a watts linkage setup, and a little different with the front struts but this is the general idea :P

for your handbrake cable, try ra60 celica ones, ive got a t series in mine and the ra60 ones clip in fine

easy to justify, toyota are the biggest car maker in the world as far as i am aware (by sales anyway) and they didnt get there by catering to performance people, the did it by making reasonibly priced, safe reliable cars jane and joe average, why would they bother making a serious performance camry when even if it kicked arse, all the bogans in this country would still waste their money on holdens and fords? there have been plenty of cars over the years that have been better than falcodores but havent sold coz people in this country seem brainwashed into thinking that ford/holden ar the only ones that can build a decent rwd sedan why bother designing/importing a car that the vast majority of people arent gonna buy anyway? us enthusiests really don't matter in the overall scheme of things unfortunately.
