I had a set that went brittle after a while. You could tell by the way they cracked. I prefer HPC or a proper heat shield. The ACL stuff they use on Ford Turbos is excellent.

True, however we have a rubbish bin full of inane bickering and useless posting that predominately comes from this end of town. As previously stated, you guys had been doing really well, with a lot of self regulation of reporting posts and trying to keep your areas clean, which actually surpassed anything the other states had been doing. You can't run Avgas in a rally car, either. Pump fuel only. Yes, you cantake the head down to the indicator mark. In total you can take up to .125 off them. He's having a lend of you if he says you can get 120hp with standard manifolds. what you reallt need to do is find out what compression you really have. If you've only taken a few thou off it, I can't see how you'll have 13:1.
