i went to upload some pics from my camera on sunday, and couldn't find my cable, so i have nothing interesting... just a shot of my busted front uni. the complete tailshaft next to it is form a ke35...if only it would bolt up to the 20's diff :wink:

as above BTS, that is nobblers old twinky...my mate luke bought it, put a stock bigport in place of the busted 16v/20v hybrid. i'm hoping to pull the 20 off the road for a bit, i want to swap gearboxes, and what better time than now, since my front uni joint decided to give way last nite :P i got a benchmark time of 18.85 so i'm happy i broke 20secs :cool: big thanks to cam for the ride home, cutting short his night to help me out. :yes:

not only has he down-graded, but jarrad's also pulled out!! something about family not being able to speak and arriving today/tonite. i suggested to him that they should all pile in the back of the waggs and come down anyway :P i'll get some nice pics for you GZE, and maybe another vid of it being beaten...

yeah, the thread is up in toymods thanks to mrmoparman. i is a definate, which will mean myself and thenobbler will be working late thursday getting it clean and to race standard.

its weather dependent obviously, but the 29th Feb is the plan, with the 7th of March as the relief date.

mine was just connected with a T piece, one line from carby, T piece with 2 lines going to the 2 ports on the dizzy. no one way valve used, just lines. NOTE: this set-up isn't standard.

i picked my 5k up from an old ke35 cruiser. $300 for the whole lot.

another quick and useless update. got another set of extractors on the way (thanks to kangaroosa) will be shaving an inlet manifold down at some stage to run the current extractors on another car. looking at another exhaust setup for it, atm it's quite illegal (a bit too loud and too low) something that's quiet and looks a bit more normal (ie not out the side) will be installing the weber once the new extractors and exhaust are on, which will be after the drag meet, but at least i'll have something to try and beat. the old power figure was 26.2rwkw with the stock 3k, so i'll be above that :P i'll make sure i get a torque figure as well when i send it for a tune (and possible re-jet). it's still in desparate need of a clean, been about 8 months with one wash :)

i'm sure i could tow the wagoon down the strip...and we'd probably break 17, a minute seventeen anyway HAHA Poz, if you can get it to my place, we can do a diff swap in the carport...with your choice of 3 BW diffs :P cam, i hope you're still bringing the racecar down, i wanna see what a half decent engine can do to a ke2x

exactly the same, whole things needs to come out. did it with the ke70 parts car i stripped 6 months ago
