K engines should have their valve springs replaced with heavier duty springs over .420" of valve lift.
The lift quoted on the card, is how much lift the cam lobe has on it.
You multiply that by the ratio of the rocker. Which is the amount the rocker increases the lift that the cam lobe has on it.
K engines have a 1:1.5 rocker ratio. Meaning for every .001" of lobe lift. The rocker produces .0015" of valve lift.
This cam will give you .441" of valve lift. Which is lucky you replaced your valve springs.
