Yes A J P S can make you a set of coil overs to suit a KE30. Brake upgrade depends on how serious you want to get. Search around for the Corona/Puegot/Hilux upgrade. I think there's an RA60 upgrade aswell.

Ah yeah I know what you mean about the front valence. Do you have a picture? I can't remember how the coupe one differs from the sedan one.

A valve lapping tool should only set you back ~$20. Then all you need is the cutting cream, not sure what that's worth though. Valve lapping is fairly easy, I learnt by picking up the tool and trying it myself. Looks like you're doing a great job though. Love your cleaning.

Why does everyone hate on groups that have made it big? Just because they're "commercial" doesn't mean they don't make amazing music. BnE + hilltop are two of the best groups around. I've seen both groups live. I've been listening to "The Hard Road" heaps lately and that is an amazing album. That doesn't mean I don't like less known stuff as well. Do you want width or diameter? 13-15" is diameter. I'd say go 15 x 6's or 15 x 7's. 14's are a lot easier to come by though.

Wreckers is no good for a car, unless they have it sitting out the front for sale. Best bet is to look around the forums, and other online resources such as ebay, car sales etc.

Hey mate, The hilux/corona/peugot brake and strut upgrade is a good one. Loads of stopping power for any engine you choose. For the rear in my KE55 I'm going to be using an R31 skyline diff with a falcon LSD centre. For this the diff needs to be shortened a little to keep it legal and needs the mounts changed over. I'm going to be using an EL Fairmont Ghia V8 LSD centre. This front and rear combination will keep the cars original 4 x 114.3 stud pattern. You will most likely need 15" wheels to clear the brakes at the front, although you may get away with some 14"s. Here's a good guide for the front brake/strut upgrade. Well for anyone who is interested: I've been to two gigs in recent weeks. First one was Horrorshow and Spit Syndicate at the Evelyn hotel in Fitzroy. Hell of a night! Second one was the Good Gracious album launch last night at the Espy in Stkilda. M-Phazes debut album. Amazing lineup of talent there, it went off!

Well it had probably 150,000kms on it. It had so much heart. Plus it didn't die!

I drove a KR Verada wagon for about 6 months until it died. It never stopped giving me problems, but it never died either. Drunk oil, ran with no oil, miss fired its heart out and had an auto failure which left me with 2 gears. Eventually sold it to a wreckers for $250. I seriously miss that car a lot. EDIT: Camry V6's (1MZ) go hard. I drive a fair few of them at work. They are pure win. 36 series camrys (like that eBay ad) are a good car.

Yes, many FWD V6's are known to run a different type of spark plug from front to rear. Iridiums are usually used in the rear bank as they last longer. The front plugs are usually just run of the mill as they are easy to change.

Word on the street is that they use a early Magna V6.
