I was there today as well. Was told there was an R31 with a diff in it, but couldn't find it!

What is the engine number, or what year/model is the car that the motor is from.

Not necessarily cop rims. Steel rims come in about 1000 different variants, although I can see what you mean.

Look around the site, there are plenty of people here who have done it. You won't get spoon fed here, you need to look for info then ask questions if you need to clarify.

Interesting. I wouldn't have thought that a hilux type filter would fit a corolla. In toyota terms we have two main types: D and E, with a specific number added to the letter for different applications. EG: E type filters, take the E1 for example are used on smaller cars like Yaris, current model corollas, older camry's (5S-FE), E2 are current Camrys and so on. D's, like the D2 are normally used for hilux's, prado's etc. All "E" filters are the same mounting face size (if you understand what I mean, don't know what the term is for it) Same with all "D" filters. Well, I checked with spare parts. There's two different oil filters they recommend for 4k's. First was a monster of a thing. Second was one we use every day, for say 1MZ's and other engines, known to us as a D2. P/N: 90915-YZZD2 My Price: $12.50 - Retail: About $24.00 Cheers Sian

Recipe for lumpy idle: 1.Remove spark plug no. 1. 2. Proceed to smash the electrode of spark plug no. 1 on bench. 3. Refit spark plug no 1. 4. Enjoy.

Its only 1 bolt to. Use a high tensile chrome bolt for a +25rwkw gain.
