You MIGHT be able to reprogram the ECU. Anyone got pics of the guts of one? The only thing youd have problems finding is an address file or a program that will interpret the fuel maps.

yea it wont be very loud at all. 2 mufflers both filled with fiberglass packing....it will be very deep though. and being jasma certified its gotta be under something like 90dba

I think they only work as aircon. We have one of these on the water truck at work. Works suprisingly well for the volume of air it has to cool. Price etc Ive got no idea about. The one we've got has 2 knobs. One for fan setting and one for thermostat settings. Doesnt have reverse cycle and I doubt you'll find one that does do it.

well it wasnt standard ULP. The celica was running PULP and 15 degrees static from memory. Took all of 4 months (in my ownership) to die. I think the corolla was running about 7 degrees from a fading memory.

I was thinking mazda when I was talking with David earlier. Its not escort (thats for sure).

Ive now killed 3 engines on ULP (all cracked piston rings) and just as theyre starting to phase out LRP I decided "hrmm maybe the unleaded is killing all these piston rings..." and start my experiment. Ive stopped running ULP and only run it when nothing else is available (in small 10-20 litre quantities). That said lots of other guys run it without a hitch....

Not cheap...just bigger capacity. Theyre not exactly easy to find either...but theyre floating around if you know where to look.

Have you heard otherwise? AFAIK you can even swap celica hubs onto KE struts if you retain the bearings.....I could be very wrong though. I know all the KE struts can swap hubs if you retain the bearings for that particular strut.
