The plans are coming together.....slightly worked 5k, 5 speed, twin carbies and a supercharger. And other little stuff like electronic dizzy, e70 discs and pads, the dash upgrade and finally doing something with my rear speakers and installation of front speakers as well.....and maybe finish the central locking and push button start switch panel thingy. And I know this has been one of those long winded topics about me saying stuff that I'm going to do but I don't end up doing when I say I'm going to do it, but things have changed and I'm finally got motivation (cash) to get going so hang in there cause this will end up being a decent e35 :yes:

Spotted what I think was a Yellow Ke38 at Regency park BP, spotted a few other rolla's on the way home. A red Ae71 might be a member not sure, oh and spotted a Red Ke70 on chandlers hill road at about 5pm last night.

Oh cool, and just for info I just purchased e70 brake discs for my 35 cause they have the same part numbers, I'm pretty sure as well when I bought my wheel bearings the part number was the same for quiet alot of the later rolla's.

When I converted my e35 from a 3spd auto to a 4spd auto it was a huge improvement in every respect, as in better power transmission between the engine and wheels, better fuel economy, little complicated but actually being able to drive the car properly, better when cold and so on. The only time I've ever wanted a automatic was after 12 hour shifts cause I couldn't be stuffed changing gears at every traffic light.

Got a small suggestion, could you be able to change the signature image size to something like 750 by 100, cause mybannermaker's good size is 720x90. This is on the basis that I changed my original signature banner and went to save it and it not only got rid of my old one but also didn't accept my new one. Otherwise I have done one in PhotoShop but don't know how to put it in as you need a URL, if you catch my drift. Cheers

5k, 5 spd, ke55/70 brake calipers (girlock ones), maybe the dics out of a e70 ummmm can put a 7k in but you need to modify the sump. That's all I can think of, the grille's are interchangeable aswell and the tail lights (maybe)

The centre bit on mine can be taken out of the rim, someone that knows alot more than me will read and reply to this topic soon so

That last reply of mind sounds stupid now that i read it back to myself, a few companies made the same style of wheel and sold them a little cheaper. Are the one's you have 2 piece or not? And yeah a cap goes in the middle

But they look like cheap knock offs (no offense), mine don't have that centre lip thing unless they can be removed and just been painted over

I think I've seen the same one a few times, would post a spotted for the rolla's that I see at big w but I don't know the difference between e10/15/20/25's and so on.

If that happened to me I'd have to walk away from the job and never return.......Haven't had anything like that happen, my mate did run into the side of my Pajero with a atv but that was kinda funny.

Do you have a 2 speed or a 3 speed at the moment, I know when I did my 3 spd auto to 4 spd manual conversion the tailshaft's splines were different (can't remember if it's bigger or smaller though). Just pull out the drive shaft and check only a 5 minute job, if you do it with the car on an angle (the back higher than the front) the oil won't come out of the G.box.
