I'm having my first holiday in years I'm that excited I will tell anyone who will listern. The missus and I are flying into Maroochydore on the 27th of march and going to hire a car( if anyone from around there know of any good rental deals please let me know)and spend a week driving up to airlie beach. Then go out to one of the islands for a couple of days. Shove the missus on a flight from Hamilton island back home. then cruise down to my mates 160 acres at Baffle creek. He has a 23' half cabin so I think i can amuse myself while he's at work. Then on the 15th of april I drive back to maroochy, drop off the car and fly home. :jamie: :D :P I can't wait

Hehe at the title. But yair I'm interested to know (*cough* postwhore *cough*) what you guys have done to get that sense of acheivement? I'll start. When i was a young grasshopper (16 or so) I did a complete top and bottom rebuild on my old Honda XR400 after it ate 2nd and 3rd gear. Man that was one hell of a job as i must have made half a dozen special tools lol that are now useless co i no long own that bike. As for the future, i can't wait to finish building my car just to prove those turds who said it will never work wrong! So, tell us what you've done!

This is inspired by the other topic. but without the limits. What would you do to your rolla if you had the cash? No limits on what you spent it on. I would start with a good KE70 wagon base. I would then proceed to cut the floor including wheel arches etc out of the boot of a sedan, and weld it into the wagon. This would enable me to fit coilovers all round. While I'm at this stage, I would fully stitch weld the entire car. Then I would fit up a fully rebuilt, slightly worked 3S-GTE, bigger turbo, Nice exhaust. Fit a tough 5 speed (not sure what would fit). Fit a mechanical LSD to a modded Borg warner diff (cheaper than other options), giving me a disc rear as…

ROCK, PAPER, SCISSORS When I play rock/paper/scissors, I understand that scissors can beat paper, and I get how rock can beat scissors, but there's no f*%$ing way paper can beat rock. Paper is supposed to magically "wrap around" rock, rendering it immobile? Why the hell can't paper do this to scissors? Screw scissors, why can't paper do this to people? Why aren't sheets of notebook paper constantly suffocating students as they attempt to take notes in class?... I'll tell you why-- BECAUSE PAPER CAN'T BEAT ANYBODY! A rock would tear that sh*t up in 2 seconds. When I play rock/paper/scissors, I always choose rock. Then when somebody claims to have …

Well, I don't know how many times i've heard about how good a rat style VN would look on this forum, so when I came across this on dwcustoms.com I thought that I would share it with you's. Its not a VN, but a VP (same shit different smell), and its not completely rat, but I think it looks good anyhow. Anyway less talk more pics. Dan.

My is my IP blocked from the FAQ edit? (141.168.0.45) I have made heaps of corrections, and want to correct the Torana carby section, the 4cly Starfire are strasbourg's not stromburgs and are very differnt carbys, good performance for K engines as the are performance carby's for 4cly non-cross flow pushrod 2valve-per cly heads, and are suited to 1.2-2.2ltr engines. So if sum admin could tell me y, id appreciate it, or if someone else wants to make the corrections thats great, i hope u know all the info.

Hey! Guess what happened today! I was reversing out of my driveway and onto the road and I heard the turbo start to spool...in reverse I took my foot off the accelerator cause I didn't want to find out what happened next! I didn't know it did that! So it may be a stupid question, but is this normal? Lesley :o

what is wrong with people in the world these days? we have 3 kids (between 6-7 years old) and wanted a better lifestyle, so we moved from suburbia to out in the country so our kids could frolick in the back yard, without annoying others. now we live on the outskirts of a country town (Laidley) and live on acreage, but it is worse than suburbia ever was.... for example, up the back has 6 dogs which often bark at us and the kids minding our own business in our own backyard. they even come into our yard (through the fence) to provoke our dogs. the yard two over to our left has 3 dogs, and they constantly seem to bark and be at war to the 6 up the back (their yards ad…

Just got a phone call from the engine rebuilder. I guess it was good news. Seems as though the old fuel pump had longer non genuine bolts. When I removed it and put a plate over it I used the same bolts as my plate was 4mm thinner. Unfortunatly this 4mm was enough to hit the cam. I FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT! Atleast now we are getting a mild cam and larger valves STUPID,STUPID,STUPID. Oh well! hope somebody else can learn from this.

Hey All! This lovely young lady by the name of Amity Evans made the cut for FHMs Girl Next Door 2006 Competition! So a big congratulations to her on that note. Now I've had the privelidge of speaking to this girl personally and I tell you what.. she has the personality to suit the looks. Top girl to talk to, very down-to-earth, a good sense of humor and open minded. So I thought I'd bring the support to her by opening up this thread and making sure she gets good recognition for FHM...How? Easy ;) All that she asks is supporting votes to get her in the top 7 for a FHM Photoshoot (which is one of her modelling goals) All votes are appreciated by Amity and the more…

The gynecolgist had become fed up with malpractice insurance and was tired and on the verge of being burned out. Hoping to try another career where skillful hands would be beneficial, he decided to change careers and became an auto mechanic. He found out from the local technical college what was involved. He signed up for evening classes, attended diligently and learned all he could. When the time for the practical exam approached, the gynecologist prepared carefully for weeks, and completed the exam with tremendous skill. When the results came back, he was surprised to find that he had obtained a score of 150%. Fearing an error, he called the i…
