I'm absolutely pissed off, majorly effin ****ed off.... get this: my warranty expires at 100,000klms (which is in approximately 200klms, which is approximately 3 days) the warranty work that they're doing today (can't remember what it is, but just SAY it is ummm the turbo), right so just say the turbo was replaced under warranty today, well, if it faulted say, next week, AFTER I'd reached 100,000klms, it's not covered.... BUT if my warranty was expired, and my turbo faulted, and I put a new one on, THEN I'd get 12 months warranty on it... how friggen dodgey is that! G'day everyone, Just introducing myself. I have owned a KE55 in the past as a bush basher, 330,000kms and still started after running no radiator for over an hour. After the fun I had in that, I decided I needed moar. Ultimately I'll be looking for a KE70 flat front to set up for offroad use, track days and if I can get a wagon or panel van, I'll be doing SPL competitions in it too. I'd like to try some tarmac drifting too. Time for some dodgy story's!! The ex had taken in her mr2 to a mechanics, this was after i said i wouldtn' bother because they wont be able to help. Her car was having problems with the supercharger, i got her to take it to a mechanic so i coudltn' be blamed if something went wrong fixing it. Anyways to cut a long story short i get a phone call as I'm walking outa one of my tafe classes...... its the mechanic ringing up to find out how the s/c works :jamie: after which they said they'll just make it so its permantly on. on my home about 1:10 am from work bikies came up beside me in the overtaking lane didnt pass just sat beside me, I'm like wtf do they want. slowed down to let some of them in being nice, then the front pair took off and the bikes behind me didnt pass so I'm like a chance for a race,gunned it in 4th till about 140kph then into 5th, at about 170kph we started to slow down.speeding up and slowing down all the time it was awesome and at the set of lights we stopped and they just waved i waved back and we went our seperate ways. :jamie: thanks for the race fellas it was a good run. :) . probably shouldnt race bikies but i couldnt help myself.
