  1. sorry for the crap pic, i got a new phone but didn't use the right settings on the camera and instead of a nice 2mp image it is too small. anyway it shows the NG pajero clutch master cylinder, nice and short and the S6 RX7 brake master cylinder, with the remote reserviours from a DC2 integra.

buy a half decent cart. would be heaps more fun than driving some slow POS around a track. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Go-Kart-Birel-Clubm...1QQcmdZViewItem
  3. i like the coil setup, how much are the coils worth? and how much will the custom small leads cost? did you price up any COP options?
  4. whats the go with the oil cooler lines running out through the lower apron? i noticed it seems to be a new fad in asia/america but never seen it here before.
  5. so is that $1015 to cut down and weld on the leaf mounts? or does that get you stud pattern change too? new centre? i'll assume you had to supply the diff for that price.
  6. wheels look awesome
  7. aren't 12a motors 75kw standard and a ca18det 124kw standard?
  8. its easy enough to extend the shifter hole and then plate it up. well worth it for a 5th gear IMO.
  9. c'mon mate
  10. probably the one on the radrollaz cruise earlier this month.
  11. i forgot to take my camera to where my car is today. sorry guys. have to be early next week i hope. Davros, a mate of mine has a 12a in his ke20 and he put the booster in the front guard. its a little tight and he has had to wind the caster right in to fit it (which isn't so good)
  12. Nice work, i got an LSD Hilux diff two weeks ago, cost a fair bit but it came with a whole 2004 hilux.
  13. have you looked at the horn button installation? chances are if it all worked sweet before you installed it, the problem may be an earthing issue with the horn.
  14. no problem, i'll take put a pic up soon as i can.
  15. the gearbox you will use will be hydraulic and the car uses cable for clutch originally so you need to mount a clutch master cylinder, pushing the clutch pedal causes the firewall to flex unless its reinforced. use a remote booster as you won't fit a booster on the firewall with the inlet manifold. only worth doing if you plan on spending the money to get it engineered as they will want to see a brake booster. if you plan on getting in engineered then you need to do the conversion properly. i'll stop by your work and show you a few things on my car when its back on the road soon.
  16. yeah it was the toilet on Wild Oats XI i was refering to. it was made at mcconaghys, mona vale.
  17. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...bayphotohosting hey mate, these would suit your car.
  18. welcome aboard, got any pics of the 205 acco?
  19. engine bay looks a lot tidier these days. remember james, you should either weld in a plate or bolt in a plate for the clutch master cylinder or your firewall will flex. make sure you position the clutch master cylinder so you can attach the clevis to the pedal easily.
  20. this is a pic i have on my computer. i'll take some pics with more detail of the master cylinder later. you can just see the remote reserviours if you look closely. basically you can mount the booster anywhere, i just put it where the battery used to be.
  21. what 4age are you putting in? i have three mates with 4ages in ke20's and we all have used remote brake boosters due to the lack of room near the inlet manifold. i'm using an rx7 brake master cylinder with remote reserviours from an integra. i'm using a clutch master cylinder from an NG pajero (nice and short).
  22. will the stock tailshaft work with the t50? i'm pretty sure the t50 is longer than a k50. I'm just of the opinion if you are planning future upgrades (even some really large cams or quads) then simply use the aftermarket ECU from the beginning. why do something twice? However, if its going to be standard forever then the stock ECU would be better. My smallport 4age in my ke20 is quick (i had mine on the road, engineered for 10 months) but its not stupid quick. Now the turbo conversion is almost finished, it has saved me money having the haltech already there.
  23. properly? its not rocket science and its just a corolla.
  24. i don't understand why people don't just use all fwd stuff and make it suit rwd?
  25. i had a 4age with extractors 2,1/4" pipe + resonator and muffler and it was right on the limit when it got tested for engineering. you could take a risk and go for the test anyway and could still pass even though its loud; as long as you are just under the limit they can't do anything. i think mine was about 92db and was passed because its an old car. your ae92 might just be old enough too.
