Douche!!! :(
....so nah you DON'T have an in-tank pump. All carby k's just use the mechanical ONLY.
I'm personally not a huge fan of either of those pumps. The thing that makes fuel pumps noisey is the way they're mounted. If they're solid mounted to the body them its pretty obvious the vibrations of the pumps will rattle through the car. If they have some sort of rubber mounting then the noise can nearly be eliminated all together.
I much prefer quality proven pumps like Holley's and Carter's. For your application a Cart green or Holley red which both put out around 70gph at 7'ish PSI would be fine.
The Holley is not "self priming" so it would have to be mounted close to the tank (not in engine bay) below the bottom level of the tank. The Carter however could be mounted in the engine bay but I think it would be better in the boot or under the car. Cartres also have a very good rubber mounting system so they're quite quite, about half as loud as the Holley red in my Mazda.
Both of the above mentioned pumps are more like $100-$150 depending on what sort of deal you can get, but both are also a hell of a lot better than both ebay links you posted.
