  1. I'm guessing the Willwoods would be one these kits.... They're available through T3 IIRC for around $1300 and are designed as a bolt on upgrade for AE86's. :P
  2. :P you probably find that he doesn't want to work it out!! :)
  3. Rather than certain lifters vs certain cams, I'll put my money on the fact that the lifters where not machined properly when the engine was assembled. Don't be suprised if you've got knackered cam lobes now too!!!
  4. FYI - Falcon webers are really fond of boost.
  5. Maybe also research how pot actually effects you. Because it doesn't "poison" you like basically every other drug, including alcohol. :P
  6. K-T clutches only fit K-T applications. Dimentions are 180mmx24.1mmx21T Actually why am I writing this again.......... :P
  7. Nah I reckon he means the "hot box" bolts. Where the mani's bolt together. Been "heat treated" 100's of thousands of times and you'll never easily get all 3 out.
  8. 6cc, compared to 22c for the Toyota "D-dish" stock piston.
  9. Honestly mate, if it needs a re-build I wouldn't bother. Money for re-build kit would be better spent put towards a 32/32 weber or better. :D My mate spent $200 getting that carby re-built, only to replace it with dual sidies not long after.
  10. 626 bought it off a mate, was jetted for a 2 litre.
  11. Ah...you haven't seen my other engine bay then I guess? Thats in my shitter!!! Its a Mazda Nikki carby.
  12. :P
  13. 8 and 12 thou HOT for any old farts!!! :P
  14. If you want even better than the permaseal ones then next step up in Genuine Toyota gaskets. Around $35-35 but have pressed steel re-inforcing around all the port holes, and are basically re-usable. :P
  15. Get yourself a Permaseal EM30. :P Available through Bursons, listed in the Lukey parts catelogue as "K series extractor gaskets". RRP is around $12 which actually makes them cheaper than the ACL/Ezy fit ones!!!!
  16. forgot the gaffa tape!! :P
  17. Ah no. YOU'RE WRONG. I have a 7k in my wagon with a regular old K50 behind it. Yes the 7k block is wider, but the all the K GB patterns are the same.
  18. So how do you put a T motor bellhousing on a gearbox that has an intergrated bellhousing (K40/50)??? :2thumbs:
  19. .....Dude the hole in the ozone layer is right above us!!! Plus you were done here for basically our hottest week on record. Scamanda hit 42.8oC on Friday!!!!
  20. Saw some news coverage on the weekend. Noticed Tony Quinn has trading in his GT3........ for a GTR!!!! Got me thinking how many will be in Targa this year, as last year the pink DonutKing one was the first in the country. :2thumbs:
  21. No K50's are 19T, T50 are 21T.
  22. KM36: 1986 - 1992, and I think they still use 5k's in forklifts.
  23. Not hard at all....... you just move your mouse curser to the "SEARCH" tab at the top right of the screen. :y:
  24. You don't reall get any more flow from a big port head just because they have bigger ports. They've still got the same small valves below them. :y:
