  1. First thing you need to know is there's quite a bit of difference in the width of E7 and E3/5 cross members. KE70 chassis rails are maybe 200mm further apart than E3X/5X.
  2. The "C" would be an interesting bike to ride! ;) :)
  3. Thats not too bad at all! I looked at getting a 3 core put into my RX4's end tanks (without moving an outlet) and was quoted around $400!!! I ended up getting an ASI performance alloy cooler for about the same price as this one.... http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ASI-52mm-aluminum-a...=item45f3fede8f You'd just want to make sure it would fit in the KE2X width wise.
  4. Agreed, just rediculous. Your arms would be aching after 5 minutes riding. And that exhaust....... He seems not to be able to decide on weather its american hog, or Japanese Bozo! :)
  5. Edit: Just re-read. Though you were trying to sell a K50 for $800. :)
  6. Yes. Normally won't see that until its gone good and proper though. First thing is normally water in the oil (pressurised water galleries and un-pressurised oil galleries) So look for "mayonaise" under the oil cap. The sump oil will also start to go creamy. As the blown HG gets worse you also start seeing droplets of oil in the water, as above bubbles in the radiator or header tank, steam/water coming from the exhaust and its also start running like an absolute dog by this stage.
  7. And TE5X's :)
  8. haha thats because most corollas don't entice theives like say a skyline does. I did also say "most commonly". Ofcourse there are guys like ourselves out there who keep there rolla or buy one because they actually want a Toyota/Corolla.
  9. Yeah (just like a Holley bracket) but it doesn't stop it much still.
  10. :laff: Everyone is human, and if you have a look at my previous posts I haven't said anything specifically about spelling, my gripe is the text speak. Yes some people do have legitimate spelling problems, I work with a dislexic guy. But a lot of the time some people are just too lazy to take the time to write properly. Mod Vs Trev :blinks: Healthy discussion :blinks: ;)
  11. Any chance of a package price like that for T series Mick?
  12. If its easy to disconnect the back end of the extractors you might want to remove them from the engine bay and get the head mounting face machined flat again. If they're old sometimes the flange can warp a little over time. Then you'll be all minty fresh again. :laff:
  13. IMHO Trev all it boils down to is curtosy. Tech questions are asking people for help. I really don't think its unreasonable to expect a certain level curtosy to get this help. Do you? Yes I have noticed that some members aren't on here us much lately. Some of this may be due to what you seem to think are over-inforced forums rules. But at the end of the day people move on. Corollas are most commonly a "first/cheap car", so as the L/P platers grow up and get silvias, skylines, supras etc they move away from rollaclub. Ofcourse there will always be a few members who stick around like ourselves.
  14. The main problem with facets is just the mounting bracket. They really need to be rubber mounted. The Carter brackets are fantastic, and the main reason they can be so quiet.
  15. I know what your problem is!!!! The extractors being 4-1!!!! There's 2x more exhaust ports with nothing over them! :laff: On a more serious note. Its probably not a bad idea to just replace the gasket rather than trying to find where its leaking. The gasket will only cost you like $20, plus an hour or 2's work and you're sorted. ;)
  16. Philbey doesn't have any posts in here so I'll take it this was directed at me!? I've made 2x replies: 1 to help him, I even searched youtube to find him some vids. 2nd was to advise him of the standards we would like to uphold here at rollaclub. Let face it, NOBODY reads the forums rules when they sign up. So newbie posters need to know whats acceptable and whats not, and if it take an admin/mod/tech mod/or general user to tell them so what the issue? I really don't think we ask to much! If you want help from another person/RC user make your question legibale.
  17. Yeah sure, pedders have a listing for KE70 sway bars with RB30 convos!!!! .....seriously dude, 70 sway bar are 70 sway bars. You're not going to find one in perfect dimentions with a dip below the engine bay. Is it a possibility to notch the sump of the RB30 to make clearance? How much does it foul by? Could you maybe just raise the whole engine 10mm to clear it?
  18. Yeah do it. The headgasket will cost less than $100 to fix yourself, but if you've already got spare engines you might as well throw in a 4k instead of fixing the 3k for a bit more poke. :laff:
  19. I loved the toyota-7 in GT4. Slap a stage 4 turbo on it and it had the best power to weight ratio of ANY car on that came including the polophonies.
  20. So.... you're asking us for help. The least you can do is make your threads/posts clear for others to read so they don't have to strain themselves to understand you. If you had of read the forums rules you would have realise that text/leet speak is unacceptable. We have standards here at rollclub, hence why people are giving you shit about your spelling. If you don't like it, AE86DC.com is full of kids who lik 2 tork fulli sik stylz.
  21. Thats nothing speacial. All JET boats drift. Personally I think this is a bit more impressive...... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dOp9CsE2HMY
  22. Yeah as oldfella said just make a new bracket to hold the cable in a closer spot. :laff:
  23. Have you tried giving the start a whack with something solid? Might have just siezed up a bit in the time its sat! Now thats why I don't like Facets..... noisey bastards. So are you going to use that Carter as a lifter?
  24. :laff: You just won my "Natural selection" award for the week. ;) Is it school holidays againat the moment!? Once those 4x bolts are removed, put the wheel back on. Put 2x wheels nuts on just a little bit so the wheel can slide back and forward on the studs...... and you just made a slide hammer. Give the wheel a good tug and axle should pop out. I normally use a drum like this....
  25. Why? You gave him a link to a T series sump when he said 3k. He also stated that it needs to look stock on the outside. The Moroso one looks far from stock.
