f@$king total blonde moment in the whole thread, after you said that I remembered the 4k vs 5k thread where I even said my bike revs well because of over square.

carry on.
How do you expect it to last?
Less power, more acceleration under lean conditions, I reckon it will go bang.
Maybe buy a shit load of these:

Sorry GJM, I accidently hit neg rep while scrolling down.
If it was me, I'd go 4k unless, the 5k is a torque motor and you wanna add to that by putting bigger pistons in it, bore = torque, stroke = horsepower.
I have that sussed already, will do it by plugging a spare dizzy into my car and using the injector plugs, if that becomes too hard then I will do it the way in the vid.
The injector won't burn out tho with pulses like that, it will most likely get a little warm and that is all as it is a magnetic field coil.
Ha, just read that, 690k's around town and 1000k's highway, must have long range tanks, would expect at the maximum (absolute max) 650k's highway and 500ish around town.
You want better fuel economy out of a 4a?
:lolcry:
You have an engine that chews oil so the bores will be oil washed, best to rebuild the engine or get a replacement engine that is good on compression and doesn't use oil or blow smoke.
If you get a replacement give it a service (oil and filters) and a fresh set of plugs.
What ever way you go, make sure the car is getting to operating temp as running them cold (faulty thermostat) will restrict vac advance and basically keep the choke on using more fuel, also run atleast 95 octane fuel, they love 98 but don't run it if you can't afford it but they do get a bit more out of it.
If you find it pings on 95 then back the timing down to 7-8 degrees.
EDIT: should get off facebook while I am making a post so it doesn't take 15 mins to do :laff:
