where abouts is the rust in the chassis? if it just in a rail and your feeling energetic, just unpick the rail and weld on another one. if its in the floor just do the same. chassis rust doesnt have to be the end of a car

another way you could go is a twin weber manifold sold through redline and a few other places, then get some DCOE throttle bodies.

3 & 4k engines are like arseholes, everyone has one. most if not all wreckers should have atleast 1 of them. i always tend to go to self serve wreckers (pick a part and pick n payless) so i can check out that sort of stuff before i buy them

a month or so ago i saw on the news i think it was monash uni? did a study and found people with advanced driving courses are more likely to crash than people without training, due to 'cockyness' behind the wheel i wonder how much the uni got paid for that comment?

if you don't intend on treating it nice, a Wxx box is the next easiest option. you can buy bellhousings to suit off a bloke at toymods.net (billzilla?) but some trans tunnel bashing will need to be made, and probs other stuff too.

if you have too much pressure going into the webber, then you will want to look for a pressure regulator, not another pump. I'm not sure about your webber, but DCOE's and IDA's like about 2-4psi, and pretty much every unregulated pump in the known universe will outpump that figure, so what ever pump you get you will need a reg on that too. id just throw a reg on a stock pump. its a bit safer using the mechanical pump if you blow a fuel hose anyways!

my local sims metal sells cars complete also. my last corolla i bought from a wrecker. they didnt want to sell it too me either. i just brought it home to them it was to be used to rebody a race car and WONT be registered (heheheh suckers)
