Sorry to say all your flows will be wrong.
All that this will achieve is a large pooling of fuel in your original intake manifold.
Ideally, air and fuel should go in as straight a line as possible. Making it go around sharp corners is not what you're aftre. Hence side draft being the optimum. On my SU's, you could lift the slider, and just see a valve.
Go and get a water squirty bottle (old windex bottle etc), put water in it, add some blue food dye, and try some experiments. First off, cut the ends out of a coke bottle, squirt some liquid into it, see how much comes out the end, and how much remains on the bottle.
Now get some sort of pipe, and stick a few bends into it, and repeat. Think of all the sharp bends that you want to inflict upon your poor air/fuel mixture.
