  1. Emperor Hirohito died with out apologising for the 120Y.
  2. I only go custom these days. Pay a little more, but worth every cent.
  3. Is that like a hilux but different?
  4. You will require a special tool in the shape of a twelve foot long shoe horn.
  5. Another vote for Celica. They had petrol etc on separate guages. Not 55.
  6. States somewhere at a guess. (LH drive). TE37 nose. I want one. :P
  7. A 5K.
  8. What parts do you want to use??
  9. There was a guy called Peter in the Toyota car club down there who had a 4 door. It's the only one I've ever seen, and I missed buying that one by about 40 minutes. Super, super rare. KE25's are like Commodores in comparison.
  10. Yep, I have. But my 2t-g sucks a lot less air through 4 holes than a PP through two. I've never had that issue with socks on a Toyota motor.
  11. Welcome to rollaclub. May I suggest reading the rollaclub wiki (link at top of page), as it's chock full of k motor goodness. Research before posting is usually the go first, but I'll humour you :P and answer the best I can. I hope your heater works really well. :P You really need to know the specs for things like tappet settings, spring settings, etc. There should hopefully be a grind number on the end of the cam. If there is, ring/ email Kelford and get the specs. I assume that's do nothing. Yes they do something. No, they don't do a lot. A big port head and a shave will get you some good-ish neddies, but someone who knows what they're doing will get more out of a small port head. No, but they do disintergrate after a period of time. I won't use them. I've usually had side dafts of some sort, and I use socks on the twin cam, and sandwich filters on the 3/4K. Never seen the need for a CAI set-up. (You live in New Zealand, the whole country is a CAI set-up.) Why? What do you want it to do? What are you going to use it for? Only you can decide whether it's worth it or not. Can't help wih the 4AG price, never done one. Before you post again, have a read of this: http://www.rollaclub.com/faq/index.php?title=Main_Page Cheers R
  12. Having owned one, I don't rate the 2.6 as a motor. It's big, it's heavy, yes it has torque, but they also had a lot of issues head-wise. I'd find something else.
  13. Dan, I'd re phrase the above, as Fook would be able to drive rings around you, and most other people on this board.
  14. When in Sydney for the three or so weeks of the year every year, VZ Holden Ute with "Holden" written all over it. Meh, they pay me to.....
  15. And with the most sensible post yet, I declare this topic over. I'm still wondering why we let it go this long. *click*
  16. Colin McCrae. Large arse clenching moment. Metro 6R4. http://www.colinmcrae.com/downloads.asp# Scroll down to get vid.
  17. I had the top one's on a 74 model KE25. Can't help with the bottom one.
  18. Clicky here. About 2:45 in. KE25 with 3K.
  19. Thanks Brendo. Delete, no. Close, yes. :lolcry: *click*
  20. Guys, it's a for sale, not a chat show. We've been kind enough so far to leave this thread in the Tas area, evne though it doesn't belong here. Don't give us a reason to become upset. R
  21. Thanks Teddy. I was actually nice and toasty in the tent. (No, that's not an invite to join me next time :hmm:). Sleeping bag and a doona worked well. Getting up for a piss in my jocks wasn't pleasant though!
  22. I bow to the king. :hmm:
  23. Teddy, do you have a picture of the hole??
  24. Is that all you've got? :hmm:
  25. How cold it was at one of the finish controls. Thanks to Andrew for the photo! :hmm:
