  1. about 2.5hrs. Keep in mind that aligner was machined out of a 120mm dia billet. I'm happy with it tho. gonna make up another lock ring for the wheel side of it to make sure nothing can move around whilst drilling. :lolcry: Once i get the original 5x120.65mm pcd holes welded up then all systems will be go for the fitment of these things :lolcry:
  2. Confirmed. I have 215's sitting under stock 38 guards. wouldnt wanna go more than 225 in a stock guard.
  3. Orange mother (surge) tastes like orange TicTacs :lolcry:
  4. Only thing is with pissing someone off with a horn or finger is you don't know who your pissing off. never know if they'll get out and get even. Then again, ive had the incident where there was no horn/finger and had a guy get abusive with me in a HJ's drive thru. which was followed by a chase etc. He was quickly put back in his place when he followed us to my ex's place, where a family friend who trains in MMA was. Lets just say this random got the shit scared out of him :lolcry:
  5. Amen to that Josh. Summer FTMFW :lolcry:
  6. WGMG is when trucks try and run you off the road as 2 lanes becomes one on a 100km/h highway coming into a town.
  7. let the people who request hills drivign sit down the back of the group so they don't take off and lose the rest of the group. (almost like the birthday cruise)

Red AE71 Panno parked next to me in the carpark at regency tafe yesterday. slightly stretched tyres and a small dent with a couple band-aids over it. Spotted Smeetsy today approx 4:30pm on cross rd. I was turning onto cross from south rd and you were sitting in traffic going the other way.
  9. did a bit of machining this arvo. designed to hold a 4x 114.3 brake drum center to a wheel to allow accurate drilling of a stud pattern. L to R: Aligner. 1/2" x 5.5" bolt, lock ring, lock plate, nut and washer. 60mm to 80mm aligner 60mm end thru the brake drum. lock ring on lock plate and bolt on All bolted together. 80mm end thru the center bore.
  10. unbolt the whole shifter assembly from the gearbox. 4x M10 bolts (12mm head)
  11. Slim to no chance of being there, i have a car to build. Feel free to come down and have the pizza meet at the workshop and give me a hand.
  12. yea, as i said 14x7 with about +/- 0 offset really fills the guards. I think 8's would be close to being all stock arches can handle. i could be wrong, but with the 215's it looks like a good fit while allowing clearance on the inside of the inner guards.
  13. Theft - Your doing it wrong.
  14. Welcome Lukey. the engine in question would be the might 2S-C. Pretty sure you can bolt most of the 2S stuff onto a 3S. bellhousing, sump, oil pick up, etc. Not sure on all the fine details but I'm sure there are a few here that are.
  15. On my ke30 i ran some 15x5.5 +40 SAAB steelies, could have come another 2inches outwards to fill the guards. for a 6.5 id say something with about +15 offset would fill the rears nicely. I ran them on the front and seemed to fill out the front guards rather well with a 9mm spacer reducing the offset to +31. with a 185/60/15 tyre the sidewall cleared the strut by about 5-7mm. Now on the rear I'm going to be fitting some 14x7's with around 0 offset and with a 215/60/14 tyre and the sidewall protrudes the guard by about 2-5mm Hope this helps you out a bit Crispy.
  16. Looks pretty good for 300 clams. Stick the flares and 7's on this beast :) did you do the headlights yourself?
  17. Like Mick said, come for a road trip. you'd love it here, spotted at least 1 wagon or panno each day for the past few weeks :y:
  18. 13BT KE20's STOCK ke20 BANJO diff held 167rwkw for five months. It was a welded center and I'm pretty sure axles woul have become consumables
  19. I'm hoping for the same time frame. Might see if i can muster up some SA members to give me a hand to finish her off :)
