  1. Dude ring up Autopro and ask for a clutch aligning tool specific to your car. I rang around lots of places and none of them are old school enough to have one except for Autopro. It makes the job so easy, you just stick it in, then tighten all your bolts for the clutch plate voila :P It will be about $8.00 I feel like I have joined this journey most of the way through, if you just want some help to finish it let me know and I'll come around. This should not have taken this long to do :(
  2. Your grammar is fine in fact it's better than some people actually with English as a first language. I love your drift wagon, your skills for fabricating are excellent. Do you want to come to Australia and build some Corolla's for us?? :P
  3. Some importers bring in whole cars to wreck.... In Adelaide we have Buddyparts, he is a trader on AE86DC and I have seen a car where he has put an 86 tank into it quite successfully. It might be worth the postage to have a boot that is clean and neat. Also lift pumps suck camel dick :P
  4. Smeetsy it is just a matter of changing engine no. in Adelaide. Though there are a number of other issues which will make a 20V illegal here anyway which if you want to know PM me. Mate, nice car. Yes a KE radiator is different to an AE one. Hose positions are different to start with not to mention the size difference. Just get the right one :P
  5. If using standard AE71 tank then yes you will need a surge tank. You can however modify a japanese AE86 tank to fit and this will not only have the baffles but also the in tank pump for EFI :P
  6. Orange one?? I raped that one a few weeks back :P If there is another one I best be getting myself down there :( Thanks for the wheels pic Trav only a few to choose from :sob:
  7. A little update Had a decent offer come in for my Sigma Turbo wheels so seriously thinking of getting rid of them. I am thinking of just running 14 inch steelies painted black with a chrome trim ring for a little while. It will look even more sleeper I reckon but it might let the overall look down. They will do though while I find my ultimate wheel choice whatever that will be. I took the car to Yorke Peninsula on the weekend and it performed flawlessly :bash:
  8. Jack it up, take a wheel off and get someone else to turn it to full lock to see what is happening. Sounds like something is binding up :bash:
  9. The four door KE20 and the KE25 are off their tits I love them :bash: Nice taste in cars mate :)
  10. - 1 for the gym. I wasn't complaining about the steering just wondered if it were possible :bash: Thanks for the OTHER helpful replies though :)
  11. If you remove the kick panel on the drivers side under the dash there is a fuse box under there. When my fuse blew for my interior light the clock and door light also stopped working so I guess they all run from the same fuse. If your lights are still working chances are the clock simply does not work. Check the fuse also though just to be sure. The fuse I replaced was named "room" :bash:
  12. I just got wood ;) Love it ;)
  13. People doing manual conversions would be wanting to give them away I would imagine. I gave mine away ;)
  14. I have a 20 valve and it has a power steering pump attached to it so it could work with the right rack ;)
  15. Does a bear shit in the woods ;)
  16. How much weight do you think the rotiserie can take?? Just wondering how much a car would need to be stripped that's all to be getting on there ;)
  17. Well if you want to organise something get it started. I am keen for a leisurely cruise through the burbs or wherever. Yeah I'm stalking you around your school ;) I don't go that way to work often so as I was going that way I thought I would keep a look out for you in the 20 but no luck. I will get to check it out one day ;)
  18. Don't worry about whitewalls being illegal or legal, seriously the police would not stir up a clean old bird such as this :y: This thing is fresh, I looked out for you in it the other morning when I drove past where I spotted you last time, if that makes sense :)
  19. They make it look like a matchbox car not a real car :)
  20. Cheers Nick. I was just thinking then though this plan for 13s may not work anyhow not if I want to do a brake upgrade. Not many upgrades are going to fit under a 13" rim. I was thinking something along the lines of the Superlites in 13 x 8 as they have mass proper dish as opposed to the rest of their range. Unfortunately they don't do a 14 in a width or offset I like. Best they do is 14 x 6 :)
  21. I have been thinking about putting some 13s on my KE70. Something a bit different. They would be something wide and good offset etc I just wondered if anyone has tried it and if they like it or have some pics?? Thanks, Luke
  22. I would have thought somewhere around the $6K to $8K range. I don't know all that much about the car only from what I have read but it seems to me to be a well presented, well set-up track car that someone can hop straight into. This is something I would be looking for down the track or what I hope to turn my AE71 into one day. Just depends how things pan out :)
  23. Take the centre caps off your wheels and it will be worth twice as much... he he just jokes. They look sooo much better without the centre caps. I reckon any 4AGE KE70 is worth about $4K just due to the cost of the conversion and how much better they are to drive :)
  24. A commodore the other day BADB - 01 But if you read it the way I did it reads Bad Bo 1 So the driver has bad body odour, nice to know I suppose :)
  25. I bought a fitting kit with cable ties and pieces of foam to stop the rubbing. I mounted the foam in all the contact spots, no issues :y: :)
