Why don't u just use the RA60 steering arm on the KE30 ball joint and it will bolt up with no problems? Would anyone know if an 86 shock will bolt up to 55 strut top?

Yep even on the 30 get watanabes, don't get the concept 5s too many people have them and there is no use paying so much for a rim that will not stand out, oh and don't go 16in, 15 is perfect.

Go have a look at the ke70s on 86 driving club and then ull make up ur mind that watanabes are the rim to get, but not the style u have in that pic, get then with dish.

Yep i have done the ta22 conversion and the braking is a good upgrade if you are deciding to go with a 5k, I was wondering if any one would know if 86 struts would bolt in?

Thanks mate, yea i was thinking about using 86 coilovers in my 55 as it is a bit easier in the brake upgrade department aswell!

Would anyone know whether KE55 strut tops fit onto an AE86 shock? That would save alot of hassle in the future

Well with the gh lcas we pressed in the balljoints into them and the reason they are used instead of the ra40 lcas is that the sigma ones are better quality and made stronger

oh you will notice the difference in driving a 4k lol

we used sigma gh lcas with ta22 struts and brakes and it sits awsome and handles real good gives about 3 deg of camber

Hey mate i was interested what you have done with your tailshaft? are you using standard 55 diff with a t-50? if so what did u do with the tailshaft?

I wouldnt spend time upgrading to a 4k, did someone put that 3k in it? The easiest thing to do would probably be 4ac or if your going to take the motor out u might as well put a ge into it.

You can also use the AE71 pedal box and it should all bolt in
