Hey guys, My name's Russell and heres my granny spec '79 ke35 4 door. I picked it up for $50 from some bloke that had no idea what he was doing... It already had new plugs, leads, carbie and points fitted... already worth the $50 :lock_folder: The interior is in overrated condition, only one crack on the dash. It has a 4K bolted to a 3spd auto which I plan to replace with a 5 speed very soon. Bodywise it has a little rust in the drivers side guard and quarter panel. I plan to spray it white and get rid of the rust. Those 17's aren't mine :lock: but hopefully soon I'm getting some 15's. Will get some more pics and post up soon, Cheer…

Hey all. This is my '84 ae71 1.6 with loads of power oozing from a 3 speed auto! lol :dance: Was owned by an old grandma that couldnt drive anymore and liked to touch park! Its planned to be my daily driver and also weekend hillclimb and khana car just for a bit of fun :)

I bought this 1970 KE 11 about 7 years ago from the original owner. Only had about 49,000 miles its now done 53,000, it came with original purchase papers, owners manuals and sales brochure. The car had spent its whole life at the same address always garaged. Except for cleaning the engine bay, repainting the wheels and adding the Castrol Green stripes the car is pretty much as i bought it. Except for a small repair to the left rear quarter all the paint is original so to is all the interior. In all my time playing with KE1# series Corollas i have never seen a cleaner more original one!! :lol:

I'm a new member here. Just thought I'd stick my new beast up. It's my brand new 1988 TOYOTA COROLLA AE95R SR5. I'm the third owner and the first 2 owners were very caring. The interior is pretty much perfect and apart from the bonnet and a spot on the roof the paint is perfect and it goes good and all that. Well, I picked up this Blue spirit for the pricely sum of $350 with no rego, two blown tyres, macked brakes all round, a clutch that made driving the car more like an automatic that did a kickdown everytime you touched the throttle and a really bad paintjob. However, all the important points were there. Very little rust, straight panels and a near overrated interior. It even had the original paperwork that came with the car (manuals, etc), and something resembling a service history up to around 50,000km... :y: The engine is strong and doesn't blow even the slightest smoke. Hey guys, Finally finished doing up my little ke11 Sl. I think it came out pretty damn nicely. Has roll cage, ke30 discs (split system brakes), rx7 front strut inserts 12' wheels (buying some 13 or 14' superlites) Motor is a full house 3k. Has a huge cam, bigport head (not ported), twin 40mm webbers blueprint and balanced bottom end, datsun double valves springs, stainless valves, forged pistons, forged rods, revs to 10000rpm makes power at 4500rpm. 3 core rad re trimmed interior, heaps more but i don't have the list infront of me but its basically a full rebuild. Hey all, So glad i found this place, i picked up this overrated 1983 KE70 Corolle SE. hey all just got myself a ke70 4k 5speed for 500 bucks with 10 days rego. its in ok condition standerd as old man owned it. going to slowly fix it up over time not sure what mods I'm going to do yet but for now I'm going to lower it n find a set of ssr reveres mesh wheels to fit on it :y:

It's just a standard ADM AE86, bought it off ebay for $1500. It needed the left quarter panel welded back on and other bits and pieces to make it drivable. My dads mate went and picked it up for us cause he had a month of work and wanted something to do (win for us) Ended up getting it November last year and it was on the road late January this year. We had some trouble with the gearbox/engine but finally got it fixed. The 4-AC we had in it went through oil faster then petrol and blew a lot of smoke. Now it has got some black 14x6 Superlites on it and we got a replacement 4-AC and rebuilt the engine and replaced the head with a stronger one. It runs perfect now, h…

Hey all, I recently just got a AE71 Spirit. It has a modplated 4age, t50 gearbox, 2.5inch exhaust (no extractors tho) lowered all round on king springs with a full set of Watanabe's (black 15's with polished lip) The interior is pretty good exept it has no carpet and the drivers seats is a little uncomfortable. also has a sunroof the front end is pretty dodgy (rust & damage) but i plan to replace all guards and lights ect ect. and the rear guards have rust and a lil bit dented. but i plan on getting the rear fixed up. Was thinking bout getting a new shell but i do like the sunroof and is a fair bit of work changing everything over. ill keep everyone posted on…

I purchased this awesome little car not long ago now. It is a very clean vehicle, it drives really smooth on the road and it is very comfortable. It has a fully rebuilt diff, a well looked after 4K, all rust has been cut out and new plates welded in, and also a full respray, as in door jams, engine bay, boot etc etc. :D Overall I am very happy with the little beast. :yes: Since I have had it I have only put the dress rims on and the eyelids. :wink: I actually, (quite surprisingly) can't bring myself to modify this car as per the norm. hey I'm new to the site and this is my daily that i picked up for $400. is pretty much stock apart from the half missing exhaust (have meaning to get fixed since i bought it) and the welded diff lol. its not n the best condition as you can see in the pic under the door seal is pushed in from the previous owner. am thinkikng of maybe lowering it and some cheap mags ? any ideas? just thinking of some things to make it look a little better without spending to much money as its only a cheap run about car. cheers

Hi guys, thought id finally put up a thread on my twinky. When i bought her the amount of rust in it was unbelievable, and it was pretty beaten up and abused. It really should never have been on the road, but i managed to get a roady done from a mate. It was a daily for about 6 months, then the rear crank seal gave way. I'm close to getting the engine cleaned honed and re assembled, but its never going back on the road. Ive completely stripped the interior, cut the roof off etc, pictures will tell the story. It will live out its days as a go kart pretty much. Ive got about half the cage welded up, just need to get some bends done. Pics will be up soon.

Well I have myself a project. I bought this car with alot of half assed jobs done to it so now I'm going through and fixing everything and making it into what will be a great car 4wd. Orgininally I believe it was a LWB soft top, now chopped to a ute. This is pretty much how I bought it. The poor effort of 3/4 elliptical setup, this is being cut off and back to standard leafs. Very poor welding and the springs drooped till they were sitting on the old mounts anyway. May try and do this setup again at a later stage with a bit more engineering in it. Soooo i'm back in another ke20. Most of you know this car already. engine; Head slightly ported and polished, lumpy cam, extractors, lightened flywheel, new valves, springs, pistons. pretty much everything was freshened up, the effort gone into the engine is awesome and it shows when driven. since getting it i have had another muffler installed as it was way to loud, lowered it and as of today had whitewalls put on. interior is pretty much overrated bar the drivers seat, and it seems the carby is on its way out. looking to go some sought of weber or something to get that extra bit of power its lacking. any advice would be fantastic.
