  1. Have you seen this one... http://www.rollaclub.com/board/?showtopic=34352
  2. Just had a dig for you..... http://www.rollaclub.com/board/?showtopic=7336
  3. Sure can. Think of adding NO2 just like increasing the octane rating of your fuel, so you can do it to basically to any motor.
  4. As with all bargain buying its a case of "right place, right time"!!! :jamie: I bought a K-T bellhousing once for $50 INCLUDING POSTAGE from Melbourne.
  5. Hardy anybody here would know what "twin squish" means Todd. You need to talk in "dished" or "flat top" terms for us Aussie.
  6. Just saw these advertised on kp61.net They're called Compomotives, 13x9 & 13x9.5. Close, but still not the same number of spokes.....
  7. There's some info and a few pics of when I did theis to Tar in my projects thread. Ryan - You can also run the bonnet popper cable through the same way and it just fits back onto the latch.
  8.
  9. 2 minutes here will give you the answer you need.
  10. Did you use the search function first!!??
  11. Nope, normal K side. The hydro clutch is on the drivers side. You can just see the heat sheild for the starter in this pic behind the exhaust....
  12. NICHY - Just checking you brought the alt to work? I'll come round this arvo. Also re the diff - Have you actually checked the tailshaft is turning. If it doesn't move in gear it could also be a blown clutch, espeacially if you give it a hard time!
  13. Just do it and find out, can't say 100%. If its not right they'll either be noicable tight or loose. If they feel really tight then do a quick comp test to make sure they're not holding valves open. Factory should be pretty close, but for as much effort that it takes its worth checking them. Should be 0.8mm
  14. Stupid isn't it, and was that before you dropped it too!? Bet you think he's even stupider now! Also seems a bit stupid in the way a car driver must wear a seatbelt, yet there's nothing illegal (except maybe the thongs) about these idiots atire as long as they're wearing a helmet!
  15. Coming from a van it'll probably just have a shorter first and longer second than a 57/58. Cuzzo I took some pics of a 7ke and w56 here.... http://www.rollaclub.com/board/?showtopic=13835# This is a K - alloy case W, which is obviously different to the K - steel case W40/50 (liteace) bellhousing. Oh Matt - This is where your super expensive clutch kit for the 7k flywheel will pay off I suppose!!! Now you can just get a normal old townace clutch kit and away you go!
  16. The way I originally found out about it was myself and a mate were getting some bolt on spacers made. The machinist cut the plates out and then gave them back to us and said 'centre punch were the holes need to go and I'll drill them'. I was like  'no thanks' and went looking for somebody to do it for me. Ended up at this place (NBC engineering - don't know if its national or not) and was told "right, if you just want me to centre punch them then it'll take me ages so it'll be $100 (for arguments sake). Alternatively I can just put them in the chuck of this machine, type in the pcd at it does the rest including drilling the holes. That will also be $100". Needless to say they just got drilled by them. FYI I was reading something from the RTA the other day that said re-drilling of rims is illegal.
  17. Ouch! Bike didn't look too bad until that crank case pic. Its funny how new'ish (no offence Trev) riders don't really appreciate how important good safety gear is, eg riding pants until they leave some flesh on the pavement. Then get dressed up to the nines once they do. Also makes those guys in summer who ride past in a pair of shorts, tank top and thongs look even dumber. Can you imagine the results from this accident if you were dressed like that Trev!?
  18. The head unit is out of the car yeah? Just twist the yellow and red wire together and put on the + side of a battery, do the same with the black (earth) on the - turn on, push eject, DONE.
  19. Smiling lots and starting to laugh. Also just started teething, which is a little early for his corrected age - when he should of been born.....
  20. Yeah pull the backing plate and have a look. Might be busted spider gears, might be 1x broken axle. It wasn't already welded was it?
  21. Any ignitor will really do. They're just an earthing relay. Should have 3 wires - 1, coil negative 2, ground and 3, trigger from elec dizzy. Second wire from the dizzy just goes to the coil +.
  22. It doesn't exactly look common. I've never seen one like that before.
  23. I've had to get PCD's drilled a couple of times. I just take it to a local mchine shop who do a lot of brake services etc. They have big machine that they can put nearly any wheel on, type the PCD into the control panel and it does the rest all perfectly. I got some discs re-drilled and it was like $30 for 2x. Surely there be somewhere in Adelaide who could also do this. Kudos to your enginuity though!
  24. Ah sorry I wasn't very clear there. I though you already had a T series in it and blew the T centre. I only have a T centre available as I need the rest of the diff to put in my '55. Your current diff may be still usable with the aid of a welder.
