  1. What pitch are the studs? I've got a brand new set of these in 1.25... http://www.rotaaustralia.com.au/neo-chrome--petrol-gt50-extended-wheel-nuts-set-of-20_p23280298.htm They've got open ends so can't bottom out. They're $100 new but I'd do them for half that if you're interested?
  2. I dare say a ke50 one would just be the same as 30/55. You could get one of the alloy ones off Ebay and get the hose inlet/outlet repositioned. I can't remember where they are for t's.
  3. I've got a good second hand one if you need it
  4. Matts manifold was a cut and shut set of extractors, ie mild steel. You'd be much better off with a stream pipe manifold if you didn't want to go down the J-pipe route.
  5. Don't bother. Dcoe's and Carter pumps will both be fine without a return line.
  6. I'll have to keep you posted. Was contacted by someone else in Hobart today interested in most of that stuff. As I said to him I'd probably take $400 for motor inc Cam, carby, and all of the exhaust.
  7. Looks like a 30/early 55 sumitomo to me. I've got a pair I'm about to pull of a wreck with brand new pads in them!
  8. I'd be more than happy to if he want 300+km away from me
  9. I've just wrecked my old 55. About to go on the market is... Camtech 609 lump stick, comes with free 4k (which has a 3k head on it). Extractors with a full 2" exhaust, 32/32 Webber, 30/55 5 speed and more. Located in Hobart. Pm your number if you're interested in anything.
  10. 150+ psi would be desirable. What have you got?
  11. ...let alone fitting the wheels back on!
  12. Good to see its working for you. Made a huge difference for my setup. I'd burn through an em30 in 3-6 months and now its no longer a problem. Annealing them its really the trick, you can really tell how much softer they get afterwards.
  13. This one is good... http://www.summitracing.com/expertadviceandnews/calcsandtools/compression-calculator
  14. Just stuck your head under the back of it and see if it has a borgy - will have a backing plate, or a banjo diff. Otherwise upload a pic of the diff and we'll tell you. My guess would be it has a banjo.
  15. Where abouts in tas are you?
  16. Biggest motor in that chassis (ke55) was a 1290cc 4k. There was never a 1.6lt k motor.
  17. Its that the same colour you did your rolla in?
  18. There's certain angles you're not allowed to exceed with harness mounting and going down to the rear seat belt mounts will normally go past them.
  19. Do you think that turbo might be a little on the small side?
  20. Did you see my post about checking the control rods for the tap and hot/cold flap?
  21. Copper vs rubber won't make a lick of difference
  22. 55 are the same. Interchangeable left to right btw. I might have some available in a couple of weeks.
  23. Yeah I was talking to Stuart last night and said its not too far of my first efi dyno figure with 10 pound. I keep thinking maybe I should send a head over to swan hill! Hyundai - water pump driven off the timing belt like our Camry?
  24. You kept a spread sheet of costs!!.... That was brave lol
  25. You don't need to cut the old one out, unless its really old and hard, just flick it out with a pick or small screw driver etc. you also don't need to remove the gear to refit, a new one will be stretchy enough to roll over it. Last time I bought one I just took the dizzy to my local "nuts and bolts" and bought 2 different sized ones that were close enough. One was slightly too fat and the other fit perfect. From memory it was about 50 cents for both! ;)
