  1. I never said he didn't...me on the other hand :) the thought just came to me the other day that i hadn't seen him for a while :y:
  2. Just been wondering where the hell are ya, you've been rather quiet lately bitch... This is a Call-Out :y:
  3. sorry, people require pizza on Friday nights...
  4. nice work boys, inspiration
  5. wow, that's gunna be nice when finished... shall i connect the syphon to your wallet now? :y:
  6. I don't mind it actually.... and the sedan pics are nice too, but that's me *shrug* i'd love a modern panelvan
  7. Jesus mate, I'm glad they're all ok :2thumbs:
  8. ah, I thought it was to make it an arse to get them off
  9. Pity the plug and play idea isn't the case with my panelvan, although I now think i've gotten a T18 tacho cluster or similar, not one from a *E7* because it's A: Slightly longer B: Different design to yours above. I would've figured the wiring would be the same, but I believe i've been miss steaked  Oh well, overheating problems first, THEN I'll try and get me $80 purchase working :) Good writeup though mate :)
  10. So with minimal arsing around I found the bolt i needed to remove today and got the whole works off the engine so I can clean it all down in preparation for the new lot of gaskets I got today for the princely sum of $20 or there abouts... genuine toyota ones too  HOPEFULLY once I've got it all back together with the new waterpump, new radiator and new gaskets, THE f@$kER WON'T OVERHEAT ANYMORE!!! oh and a tip... the litte bracket in the above picture is actually ATTATCHED to the pipe, so that's why it wouldn't budge Cheers, Matt :)
  11. If I remember reading correctly, these were bought as two door hardtops and then customised by above company and sold to the market in limited quantities, WITH toyota US's approval...
  12. :jamie:
  13. it's the pipe highlighted in the above picture... i'm guessing that pissy little bracket is stopping it, which is conveniently BEHIND all the carb etc... i -might- be able to get at it now i know it's there, but i dunno...
  14. Beery, I've unhooked the hose from the firewall end because the pipe won't budge from the block end of the hose, and the whole peice is still stuck somewhere... it's shitting me off, but i'll have to give it a try again today. Heh thanks matt... i went in yesterday morning and got the girl who actually knows what she's on about... got the outlet gasket but they didn't have the thermostat gasket or waterpump gasket, she said to call on monday to check because she couldn't get the info up on those two.
  15. c'mon guys.... it's a f@$king monster... don't be hatin'
  16. Right. I've got myself a new pump, and some new gaskets too. I decide today that i'll change the waterpump. I never thought it'd be SO MOTHERf@$kING DIFFICULT. :P :( :) :jamie: I'm stuck trying to remove the rear assembly, the peice that is connected to the heater system. I'd prefer not to strip the whole f@$king carb etc off just to remove this last part, but the pipe seems to be stuck in there somewhere. NOW I understand why mechanics charge alot for la bour, because this is royally being a pain in the arse. Ideas?
  17. looks quite cool :jamie:
  18. ahh I thought I'd seen it somewhere before.... Yes the drive stick is on the lhs door and the centre stick was gears/accel etc iirc
