I've heard of people putting mainboards in their dishwasher to clean them before and they still work after. I think computers have more issues on the sunshine coast with corosion from salt spray than with a bit of moisture from an air compressor..

Best way is with an air compressor, vacuums are useless, compressed air in a can is alright if its not mega dusty..

It was bad, but not like this, This one took at least 5 minutes to dust out with the air compressor, The other 2 machines I have done in the past that came anywhere near this were, (1) Dental clinic machine - Full of tooth dust. (2) Plasterboard place - Full of plasterboard dust.

Got this computer that came into work today from a produce store, They said that it wouldn't start. Opened the case and have a look at the inside of the machine($*#*($%(*^@()!@@!!!! People seriously need to get their machines serviced on a regular basis but they usually end up bringing it in when it stops working..

Today we started with smoothing the welds on the swaybar mounts with some bog (Using my elite bogging skills). Undercoated the areas that we just fixed, then painted the diff black. Wile Matt was busy wire wheeling the rest of the diff parts I was under the car wire wheeling the dirt off the back end. I also Undercoated and painted the rest of the diff parts after Matt had finished cleaing them up. Got most of the back end under the car blacked out, So next weeks project is to black out the rest of the underbody and get the diff housing back up and in. Took me a good half hour to get all the dirt off my body and paint out of my hair (Argh, Stuck my hair in the paint under the car somehow$#%!@!..)..

Diff has been cleaned back and prepped ready for a coat of paint next weekend..

Bit of a progress update, Got some more done to the diff. The welds were a drift job, So I ground them back and got the old boy to run a few new welds to get the strength back into the swaybar mounts. Also makes it look a bit more original.. Hoping to get the diff prepped today so I can get it painted next weekend..
