  1. resize them to 800x600 next time Matt, Also upload them via add this attatchment, It is a lot neater that way.. (and pictures will always remain here)..
  2. I got a memory error with my machine when I opened it, Had to increase my page file size..
  3. Resized that first image, bloody hell Matt, learn to resize them!!
  4. Hahahah, Yeah it must be the one I'm thinking of, Has a nice note ;)
  5. Thats one of Matt (AKA Teddy's) friends i think.. I always forget his name *smacks head*
  6. Nick and I intend eventually to build a mobile BBQ trailer out of the rear end of a KE70.. That way we can take it on our cruises and be able to stop anywhere to have a BBQ..
  7. Did you take it to a workshop to get it fixed?
  8. Could probably do it with one of those razorback piggyback ECUs that that guy we met on one of the last cruises was using..
  9. You basically run a weld where the body joins are..
  10. It's all about the atomisation of the fuel Nick, The sidedraft webers are more superior in that regard..
  11. Pretty much
  12. http://forums.toymods.org.au/index.php?t=m...rt=0#msg_757127
  13. I think there were only like 3 ever built and 2 were destroyed? Someone feel free to correct me if I am wrong..
  14. For drifting purposes you would want to make sure your sump is baffled so you don't lose oil pressure when cornering hard. 5K would be perfect for a daily driver KE70, Will be fun to drive, I know my 4K is..
  15. I think you can still use the standard ECU to control the Ignition? Just you don't have an air temp sensor / map sensor / throttle position sensor / Injectors. From what I understand the standard 4AGE ecus will still run with certain sensors disconnected provided they get spark and fuel.. Just makes it a not so ideal tune.. Sounds like you still get the rev limit with the standard ECU too.. http://forums.toymods.org.au/index.php?t=m...rt=0#msg_116800 have a read of the above link too, Has some interesting stuff.. Should make a wiki article up about this..
  16. uplug the wire and it should screw out, Not sure what spanner size you will need, Mabey just use a shifting spanner, Just clean the end of the fuel solenoid and blow out inside in case there is any lumps of shit in there..
  17. It will be between the strut tower and the air cleaner, Just below the back of the air cleaner..
  18. If you want to make it slide you will need to put a 4AGE in it. Don't waste your money on a 5K Plenty of info on the FAQ about converting a FWD 4AGE to RWD configuration, Just you will need more parts for the conversion. Also for a 5K motor a nice set of twincarb dellorto DHLA 40s or similar will do the trick, But don't expect much change from $1000...
  19. Wow, I'm in love :) Looks very tidy, Can't wait to see the rest of the pics!
  20. 5K is the easiest conversion for a KE70 if you want a little bit more power. Have you read the FAQ at all? Should have all the information you would ever need in there.. I can't exactly tell you what you will need because all conversions differ depending on a bunch of different factors. * How much money you have * How much power you want * What do you want to achieve by the conversion * How much time you have to do the conversion etc etc. Stock 5K motor doesn't have *that* much more power but you will notice the increased torque. Don't get me wrong they have potential if you set them up right. In the end it comes down to what you really want, You have to make a decision as at the end of the day you will be the one driving it.
  21. Good to hear the info here has helped influence your decision, Sounds like you are headed well in the right direction. Any pictures at all?
  22. I get somewhere around 400-450kms till the fuel light comes on, Could probably drive for longer but I've never tried to find out for how much longer..
  23. Use Thinners / Prepsol to get paint off my hands if I've been painting and the Protecta pink to get any dirt off after..
  24. I know KE70/AE71/AE86 had 2 piece shafts..
  25. I think it is a common K motor problem, Mine used to do it till I put the relay in..
