Damn. Keep those eyes peeled. Would be good to get a member base happening down that way as we can then cruise out that way for a lunchtime meet or something, which is something I'd want to do eventually, maybe even when Whale Watching season starts in Victor Harbour. :jamie:

You shouldn't have to move the shifter hole with that gearbox. Only have to move the hole back if using a Ke70 5 Speed.

Much of a muchness really dude. If you got the right tools for the job, then the job is easy :)

That upward connector is the link pin for the sway bar (which i mentioned before) and generally if its not in an upright position, you have either bent your lower control arm or bent the engine crossmember mounting point where the lower control arm bolts to.

My bonnet rusted in the same place. I'm also on the prowl for another bonnet as mine is twisted. Looks like a nice starting point though :)

Look how the swaybar sits on the damged to un-damaged side where it connects to the link-pin. You've more than likely bent the lower sontrol arm.

Boo.....stick with the KE55E and embarrass the faster owners by getting that sorted to handle well and get the power down easily.

Yeah the cut out the rear seat backing panels to run the piping for the valves to the seat and to charge the air tank and cut a hole in the roof.

I believe thats KE70 that has the same part number for the front pads as does a commodore....

I plan to get over there sometime within the next year, even 6 months providing i get a freakin' job :)
