hmm, i just took a couple of pics but the car was out on the drive and the stones dig in. so theyre a bit blurry and you can't see much. so ill put the car in the shed later and get some better pics.
just remember its a supra gearbox under my ke70 so the mounting point is along way different so this idea worked nicely, but there may be a better way using a box almost the same size as what came out.
if i don't get pics up, remind me tomorrow
cheers, andrew

mate, have you taken a lead with a spark plug in the end of it, held it with a pair of pliers, starting cranking the motor and brought the plug close to an exposed bolt in the engine bay?
if you havnt you don't KNOW its not sparking
if you have, you havnt told us

alot of hillclimb drivers double clutch just for the record. ive seen a couple of videos, and they can shift faster than i thought humanly possible, and thats double clutching...
fast and furious rocks. shiny cars and ricers getting written off. what could be better :'(
i blame those wheels. sprinter wanted to suicide it was so ashamed to have such ugly 5 spokes...
at least it really looks dorifto spec now, next step : matte black paint :'(
make your own crossmember?
if my ke70 with w57 was here i would take a pic of how simple these things can be to make.
all mine has is 1 peice of thick angle steel on each end to bolt into the floor, and a peice between the two angles thats got holes drilled in it for the gearbox...
hope this makes sense, ill take pics if you need, when i get it back from the workshop...
yeah id be going the little insulator that runs from coil to dizzy.
have you taken out a lead and plug and held it new the head of a bolt to see if it sparks?
keith, a 2.2 SOHC motor is going to deliver a reasonable increase in seat of the pants factor, however for the cost of all the conversion and then getting it engineered there are much better options to spend plenty of money on.
have a search around, 4age will be fun with massive potential and alot of other peoples experience to go by. all depends what you want the car for...
