  1. I put that lip stuff on my skyline. The double sided tape stuck for a day before I had to screw it on. Then one day driving through Brisbane ripped it off. Ended up having to make sandwich plates to clamp it to the bar on the corners. It's already badly scuffed up. Low life.
  2. Or, y'know, put it over the oil filler hole 😁
  3. It's cool for P platers, just can't do engine performance mods that require a mod plate.
  4. I'm guessing it's a ke55? You can put a ke70 gearbox in it but the shifter sits further back. So you'd need to cut the shifter hole out a bit to fit, other than that everything will bolt up. Edit : you looking for auto or manual?
  5. If that was on the ke70 I'd guess the whole thing is rust now after he crashed it into a wall.
  6. The exhaust headers on an ae71 are on the opposite side of the engine compared to a ke70. From about you front foot wells back it will fit, the front will have to be modified to work.
  7. Did they paint that sway bar then wrap it in bubble wrap while the paint was still wet?
  8. Just search for 'steering wheel cover' and there will be plenty in the results.
  9. Yeah this is the 2nd one I've done. They're a bit of a mission to sew on but they come up pretty good considering they're only $5.
  10. Added an xr8 bonnet hump. Some LED/running light/indicators Progression Recovered the stock steering wheel with a cheap ebay sew on kit. Got a drift/ducktail spoiler. Got some pig pipes made up.
  11. Memories. Anyone on here? At the lights at the end of Steve Irwin way and you turned off south down the Bruce. Was in the R33 behind you. Bloody shit crap rotate you c**t EDITED
  12. Without a picture it's gonna be hard to tell. As long as your vacuum advance on the dizzy is hooked up then most likely it's just an emissions hose and you can just plug it up with a cap or a small bit of hose with a screw in the end.
  13. Lots of ke70 guys do it because it's cheap. But it ruins all your front end steering geometry. If you're gonna build it to be a daily I'd look at the xt option as it's far closer to the standard setup. If it's a drift hack track thrasher then the silvia stuff would probably do.
  14. Cul-de-sac Keep at it man, looks really good.
  15. Saw an immaculate bamboo/brown ke36 in Clontaff the other weekend towing a trailer. Original spec down to the hubcaps.
  16. Man, I love how he just designs his own tools or modifies existing ones for other uses.
  17. Buy the wheels direct from Rota if you're going new. Flat rate shipping aussie wide, about $90 from memory.
  18. Depends on your wheels. Lowering your car without an adjustable will push your diff off center. So if you have wide wheels with low offset you may run into scrubbing issues. It's not a safety issue though. And the amount it'll move to one side won't be extreme, maybe 10mm max. Also look at getting one that can be adjusted on the car. Pretty frustrating dialing one in having to take it on and off till you have it right.
  19. WMMH: Tickets to Violent Soho w. Luca Brasi and Tired Lion as supports, at the Riverstage. Jesus ʞ©$ɟ this is gonna be good.
  20. The panel van square fronts are slightly longer than the sedan square fronts. You'll need to buy all the hanging panels from the windscreen forwards off a square front sedan/wagon and bolt them on. Quad light brackets *should* bolt directly to the panel van radiator support but don't quote me on it. Could be a similar case like with slant front and the bolt holes are all different on the rad support.
  21. Yeah that's why I was trying to find the aussie seller, but I'm pretty sure he was just sourcing cheap units from China anyway. I paid $150 for my quad light setup from the US. Worked amazing with decent globes and bulbs.
  22. This is in Hong Kong, can't find any cheap ones in Aussie. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/162076756853
